"The mother of a boy found eating out of a garbage can in a Madera park was arrested today on suspicion of two counts of felony child abandonment.
Jessica Zarate, 21, of Madera had contacted police about 5 p.m. Monday after media reports about her son. She told police her son had been kidnapped. She then was released."

So she only calls police AFTER she sees media reports that he’s been found in a park eating out of trashcans, and THEN she wants them to believe her story that he was “kidnapped”??? Rrrrrrrright . . . After all, why would there be any rush to call police when your 3 year old son is missing and you believe he’s been kidnapped?
Sterilize her and send her back wherever she came from. WITHOUT her two little boys, who are unlikely to notice or care that she’s disappeared.

He looks like a normal kid whose life can go in any direction. It’ll probably be much better without the “mother” around.
He’ll go into the foster system. His mother will be back, and the family will be “reunited.” She will have 6 or 7 boyfriends, and he will go back into foster homes 5 or 6 times. He’ll be known to the police by the time he’s 11, serve time in juvie by 14, prison around 19 or so. He will never get past 8th grade in school.
This kid has no chance.
I’m not. She’s either a sociopath or an addict. In any case, we need to pray for this whole family. Why aren’t we equally outraged over absentee fathers...
