Samuel Joseph Wurzelbacher better known as Joe the Plumber headlined a raucous rally against pro-union legislation Monday night where critics and supporters of the Employee Free Choice Act jeered one another.
Two Green Tree police officers broke up several arguments to prevent fights in the midst of a crowd of about 150 packed inside a Radisson ballroom. The crowd was divided

He’s lucky one of the Union thugs didn’t hold a hat over Joe’s head and the Union crooks beat Joe to a pulp. I hear that is the way it is legally done in Pennsylvania.

Some in the suburbs want Pittsburgh to emulate NYC.
On its present course, Pittsburgh is becoming the next Detroit.
If the union thugs can act this bad at a public rally, imagine how bad they’d get when the corner employees in the restrooms.
Been there.
Seen it.
Not pretty.
One day... the 5.56 solution.

That photo, to this day, brings burning rage right to the surface. Go for the eyes, daddy, squishy and soft.
The union toughs in the ‘Burgh are some big, mean, thuggish guys. They like to strut around with those t-shirts that have a logo of a revolver and the words “SCAB KILLER” and other such threatening stuff.
May I suggest that unions become liable for any actions of their members that cause damages? Sort of a modification of the joint and several liability doctrine that has been used against companies that had nothing to do with the damages from a product.
Apparently not the law now, it has been overdue for decades.
dang in my backyard..lol
Here are Joe's words:
"Let me start off right now by saying I'm not against unions. Not at all. Unions have made America strong, no doubt. I have a brother and other family members who are union members and they tell me ... they want to go work their 40 hours and go home without coercion or intimidation,"
With their actions they are doing the same thing as they do at work. Intimidate.
What is the story behind that photo?

That’s Audrie, sorry about that!
“They are equally vulnerable to the very threats they perpetrate against their victims”
Their victims aren’t afforded the same legal protection our government extends to them.
I have seen that picture before, but this is the first time I noticed a boy that looks like her brother making a fist and looking like he wishes he could smack that grin off backwards hat guys face.
I did not notice that either. Good pointing it out.
Bush/Cheney rally during the 2004 campaign.
Little girl on dad’s shoulders had a B/C sign, and the scumbag to the right grapped the sign and ripped it in half.
Then he stood there, taunting the girl.
The crowd was closing in on him for the kill, so he ran away.
They released his name in the press a few days later.
Here’s an AP cite:
Three-year-old Sophia Parlock cries while seated on the shoulders of her father after having her Bush-Cheney sign torn up by Kerry-Edwards supporters on Thursday, Sept. 16, 2004, at the Tri-State Airport in Democratic vice presidential candidate John Edwards made a brief stop at the airport as he concluded his two-day bus tour to locations in West Virginia and Ohio.
And, the union apology:
The International Union of Painters and Allied Trades believes in the fundamental right for civil discourse, freedom of speech and activism to support our candidates and issues.
What happened in Huntington, West Virginia yesterday is an affront to everything we, as a union, pride ourselves to represent. We extend our apologies to the Parlock family, especially Sophia, for the distress one of our overzealous members caused them.
I have personally taken steps to address this issue internally, and will take immediate disciplinary action to the full extent allowed under U.S. Department of Labor regulations and the constitution of the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades.
It is my hope that this incident reminds all of our members that every last citizen in this country has the right to express his or herself freely. Not one single one of us has the right to tell them otherwise.
General President James A. Williams
