How does one hope to accomplish debt reduction while proposing a budget with a 2.3TR red line? 0bama originally wanted $4.6 Trillion, so a budget of $2.3Trillion is quite a "reduction" of that debt.
And he keeps his promise of cutting the deficit in half.
