On Monday, investment guru Warren Buffett announced on CNBC that he is opposed to the Employee Free Choice Act, which would allow unions to bypass the secret ballot and require only signatures on a petition to organize a companys work force. I think the secret ballot is pretty important in this country, Buffett said.If this passes the next thing will be the same for presidential elections. You will have a thug with a night stick standing next to you when you publicly vote.

If I owned a medium sized company, say 50 workers, and this was pulled on me, one weekend there’d be a half dozen trucks backed up to the loading dock and next Monday there’d be big fat locks chained across the doors.
