I believe Spector will sign on to this bill---would not surprise me at all. Isn't this going to be his last term, he is not running for re-election is he. Just as well, Spector or a Democrate not much difference. Most will dance in tune with the Pied Piper and the Great Snake Oil salesman with his silver forked tongue.
