If you buy all that GM stock a a buck a share and then they declare bankruptcy and reorganize, would they have to recognize that stock? Or would you be holding worthless paper?
I’ll buy into GM after they out from under the yoke of union thuggery. They do make nice cars... although they’ll probably drop half the lineup after they reorganize.
