I could care less about Fagan. This isn’t about him in any way. He’s not the Governor of Alaska, or the darling of misguided Republican conservatives.
And, you don’t demand those you support be principled and not put their stamp approval on liberal justices. She HAD a choice — to pick NEITHER of these liberal justices and let the Alaskan Judicial Council make the pick. Nor she her record is stained with picking a pro-abortion, leftist judge.
He is the one repeating the charge without even the slightest fact checking.. You are putting your faith in his research.
Your stated view of the facts of the matter self-identify you, then. I’m glad.
Hogwash.
A FReeper posted this on a related thread and I felt it was good to repeat here:
This is nothing but a well designed execution of part of Alinskys plan to use your opponents creed against them.
Be ready for more the same to breed discontent and divide Palins support.
She is walking in a perpetual, electoral minefield simply by exercising effective government for the state of Alaska.
Take these words to heart . . .
dare to cheat, dare to win
. . . this is the one constant you can count on from the marxist opposition.
LOL!!! Meee Tooo! And How!
Better duck, there'll be a zillion star struck Palinites trying to defend this now.
Hey, something I can agree with. Unfortunately, it is clear that you don't care about Fagan -- as long as you can use his lies to smear someone you have decided fails your purity test, you really don't care that he's lying or what his motivations for doing so are.

* The head of the Alaska Family Council -- a Christian pro-family, anti-abortion group -- on Wednesday sent an e-mail to thousands of people asking them to urge Palin to pick Smith, not Christen.
* The group didn't really approve of either finalist
Sarah Palin did what she swore to uphold upon becoming governor of Alaska. Anyone doubting her pro-life, let alone pro-conservative, values is a despicable slanderer.
No surprise the feckless cretins at the AIP wish to propagate this smear campaign. When a 'party' has to scratch and claw to garner even .005% of the popular vote I'd reckon they'd do anything, no matter how sinister, to besmirch authentic and endeared pols such as Sarah Palin.
Your entire post negates natural law and what the Founders called self-evident truth: That our right to life comes from our Creator, and that the protection of such is the very purpose of government.
Thatt’s the Stephen A. Douglas Democrat, Gerald R. Ford Republican, position, which the polar opposite of the Reagan pro-life plank that to this day remains in the Republican Party platform, even though Republican leaders completely abrogate it en masse.
Really? Did you look at the candidate applications before you posted this? Did you look up Christen to see what other groups/sites are saying about her? Did you check into the history of the group that Christen was on the board of to see if they where what was claimed? Did you check to see if this so called pro-life group was legitimate, including cross referencing any associations? Did you check to see what other pro-life groups said about this and Christen? You'll notice that FReepers did all of this on the other thread that is linked above.. we didn't knee jerk, we dug..
OR....
Did you find or receive this article and just post it because it fit your template?
I’m not “using his lies.” I’m simply reporting that Governor Palin just appointed someone who is going to continue the destruction of the very moral basis of our free republic. If you can’t live with that, tough.
Let's see... you're claiming Christen is a former PP board member (false) and is pro-abortion (unproven/unknown) on the basis of Fagan's article. So, yes, you are using his lies, and doing so blindly because they advance your agenda.
The ends do not justify the means.
Once in the blue moon you get one right. Big Whoop.
That’s my point!
The people of today’s country have lost SIGHT of natural law and the intentions of our Founders! Why do you think we have Barack Obama in the White House?!
Your position of ideological purity is fine and dandy, but the states’ rights position of overturning Roe v. Wade will result in LESS abortions, FASTER. AND IT DOES NOT EXCLUDE RETURNING TO A PREDOMINANT VIEW OF NATURAL LAW, AS IT SHOULD BE.
What don’t you get about that? We currently have people excepting of the idea that we can be judge, jury, and executioner of the unborn. It’s an idea backed up by decades of liberal indoctrination!
Until we can fix that, your position of ideological purity on this matter will change NOTHING. And more unborn babies will die.
Pro-Life is Pro-Life. I’m not going to exclude someone who pursues overturning Roe v. Wade to let the states decide as being pro-choice. It’s ridiculous and counterproductive.
Sounds like the choices that the American voter had last election.
