Democrats use Web to mock Rush Limbaugh, prominent Republicans (The Libs are getting desperate)

Democrats took a swipe at Republicans - and conservative talk show host Rush Limbaugh - with a Web page launched Wednesday morning on the official site of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee.

The page - found at imsorryrush.com - allows users to construct a Mad Libs-style message to Limbaugh using "the secret Republican Apology Machine" and sign it with the name of prominent Republicans who've released mea culpas to Limbaugh recently - including Republican National Committee Chairman Michael Steele.

[Snip]

Limbaugh made headlines on his radio show when he stated, four days before Barack Obama's inauguration, that he wanted the new president to fail. "We're talking about my country, the United States of America, my nieces, my nephews, your kids, your grandkids," Limbaugh said on Jan. 16. "Why in the world do we want to saddle them with more liberalism and socialism? Why would I want to do that? So I can answer it, four words, 'I hope he fails.'"

I'm glad the Democrats aren't the party of personal destruction, nor do they have a smear machine. I know this to be true because they said so over and over about Bush.

This is likely being organized in the WH. Guess the Establishment press corpse just isn’t enough.

This is the most intelligent idea the Libs have had in years!

It may be a smart idea for libs; but then again the crap I just flushed down the toilet had a higher IQ then any liberal. To the rest of us normal Americans....this is still stupid. Ad-libs are so 8th grade, so yes this is a little advanced for the dems.

I received this email from the dems..
Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee
Check out ImSorryRush.com today and see the Republican Apology Machine
Picture this. You're a Republican who just accidentally offended your leader Rush Limbaugh. You know that your only option is to bow down to King Rush and offer a groveling apology. But you have to do it fast before Leader Rush calls you out. What can you do?
Luckily, we've uncovered the secret Republican Apology Machine. As a member of the DCCC's Rapid Response, we want to give you the chance to give it a try.
Check out I'm Sorry Rush, the fastest and easiest way for a Limbaugh-Loving Republican to express the error of their ways to the king himself.
Now you can draft your own "apology" to Rush just like the pros do it. Best of all, we'll share your "apologies" with Rush personally.
Check it out.

Executive Director, DCCC

“These children think they’re running the show. lol”

They are in power; for a time. However, God is in control and ultimately, they will have a lot to answer for.

The real question is this. With the economy continuing to slide into oblivion is the nation going to focus on Rush (read Bush derrangement syndrom v. 2.0) or are they going to focus on the fact thta the economy is continuing to slide into oblivion?

If I were a Republican and I was asked if I agreed with Rush Limbaugh and hoped Obama failed my response would be:

“so let me get this straight (insert reporter or reporterette’s name here), the economy is in tatters and getting worse and you are more concerned about Rush Limbaugh? Your focus is not on what my plan or suggestions are for fixing the economy or how I might be able to help this President, who campaigned on bi-partisanship by the way, your question is about a radio talk show host who, as far as I know, holds no elected office? That is your focus?”

The website clearly illustrates the libs “sixth grade Michael Moore logic”(see Day 4, 7AM-8AM hour of “24” for this reference).

The Democrats are continuing their BDS on Rush. It seems that any name ending with ‘ush’ drives them crazy.

This stuff is nothing less than a _racist attack_ on Michael Steele by the Democrats! Same thing going on on MSNBC and Morning Joe in particular. They can’t stand the idea of a black conservative. As Rush has said many times, the racism is on the Left and this is just another example of it.

:-^)

Wow, I would have expected something a bit more sophisticated from the office of the Acting President’s Apprentice, Barry Soetero (OJT), and his Chief of Stuff, Rahm Emasculated, a.k.a. “America’s Most Powerful Ballet Dancer”.

This thing looks like their target demographic is high-school freshmen with braces and acne.

I hope that Rush has a couple of beefy body guards always close to him, as I fully expect some deranged offended lib to go after him. And if that does happen, you can expect the person to be mildly charged with some token misdemeanor charge that will be reduced to some token probation time.

Sorry, my bad. Actual stoopid quotes along the right frame.
