It is entirely possible to generate a birth document, in any state, without being born in that state!

Yes, apparently I'm dense. And, apparently I'm in very good company as The Federalist Society, The Thomas More Law Center and Judicial Watch ALL think that this is an issue of folly.

If you ask me to pick between guys preaching a global cabal to hide the original birth place of a single person, or the brightest conservative legal minds in the country, I'm going to pick the latter every time.

If that's what the certificate on file said, then that's what the certification would say. The certification is, after all, and as per Hawaii statute (HRS 338-13), a certified copy of the certificate on file.
