Bill Clinton had the Vince Foster "murder." George W. Bush had 9/11 Truth. And the new administration has brought with it a new culture of conspiracy: The Birthers.

Out of the gaze of the mainstream and even the conservative media is a flourishing culture of advocates, theorists and lawyers, all devoted to proving that Barack Obama isn't eligible to be president of the United States.

Viewed as irrelevant by the White House, and as embarrassing by much of the Republican Party, the subculture still thrives from the conservative website WorldNetDaily, which claims that some 300,000 people have signed a petition demanding more information on Obama's birth, to Cullman, Alabama, where Sen. Richard Shelby took a question on the subject at a town hall meeting last week.

Their confinement to the fringe hasn't cooled the passion of believers; the obscure New York preacher James Manning turned up at a National Press Club session in December to declare the president "the most notorious criminal in the history not just of America, but of this entire planet."

The dig at Tariz about getting an online law degree is really funny because as everyone knows she had to pass the bar.

Its much easier to learn law in a class room then online and probably indicates how capable of mind she has.

Freedoms first has recently received permission to hold our protest in Washington DC. Our protest will now be held at the lincoln Memorial Reflections Pool in front of the Lincoln memorial ,on a date that will be released on feb 12 2009.

We find this very interesting because just two weeks earlier Washington told us we could no protest in DC for at least a year and a half . But the day the spendulus bill passes we get a call from Washington inviting us with a choice of dates and locations. Folks we take this as a sign that our country if starting to realise the mistake they have made with putting Obama in office.

We will have live speakers and other entertainment for you.

WE would like to see 1 million supporters attend this protest. It is time to take our country back and make our voices heard.

Why are we protesting ?

1. To get the attention of the mainstream media.

2. To demand That Obama Provide proof that he is eligible to be president.

3. To demand that Congress and the Supreme court uphold our constitution.

4. To inform the public on the issue of Obama’s ineligibility to be president of the USA.

Dear Friends,

We are moving forward on our rally in Washington D C. We are working non stop in
preparations for this historical event to be held at the Washington Monument on Sept. 12th
and 13th of this year.

Almost a half a million people have signed up thus far. As for the time, The million man march that took place a few years age took over 2 years to organize, we are trying to push this through as fast as we can. To protest in DC you have to have a permit and have approval to use a certain piece of land.
We called ahead of filing for these things. September 12&13 were the next available days they had.
The other org resistnet.com which was putting together a march for May 30 didn’t do this so they were refused their permit now they are joining with our group. So, we are doing this the absolutely as soon we can.

As you well know, there are Monumental costs for this Monumental event.

We understand that your pockets are not as full as they were last year at this time. There
is little left after we pay our bills that enable us to survive these barren times.

You know what is coming next, The begging part for you to look solely in your hearts for
what we feel may be the most profound and important outcry for real American patriots.

The plans are bigger than you could ever imagine and to successfully pull such a large
event off, we need your presence, we need your help, we need your prayers, we need your
assistance and sadly we must humble ourselves and ask for you to dig down in those almost
empty pockets to help us have a successful rally.

We must get our money into the bank so it can begin to build with interest, so that we can
begin to order for the event as we must pay deposits on anything that we need.

with an RN Nurse on duty along with an ambulance to be standing by for emergencies should
they arise. A tent for sale of T SHIRTS and assorted merchandise including Flags,(made in
America), hats and other memorabilia . What better way to remember this historical event.
A tent to store emergency water and other supplies should they be needed. A welcome tent
for you to pic up flyer’s with information of scheduled times for our speakers and
entertainment events and other important information including restaurants and areas of
interest, etc.

3. We are planning to have at least ONE THOUSAND porta potties.

4. Accounting fees and set up fees so we have full disclosure of where all donations go.

5. On hand funds to pay for those things we know we surely will forget and the need to be
able to pick them up quickly without worry of where we are going to get the money from .

6. Newspaper adds and notices about our march, and other publicity costs for this event.

7. Printing costs, signs, etc.

8. We must hire additional security other than the security provided by the park police.
We want this to be safe for you and your family .

WE NEED YOUR HELP SO WE CAN DO THIS. SO WE CAN BE PROUD OF HOW WE DID IT.. SO WE CAN

Even if he was born in Hawaii there are plenty of other things that could be on the birth certificate that would render his entire life story, as presented to the sheep, a lie.

The difference being that BHO could pretty much end the whole thing by spending $12.50 for a certified copy of his original Certificate of Live Birth". Bush could not do that with regard to the accusations of the "truthers", nor could Clinton in regard to the Foster affair. They would have had to prove a negative, ie. that they did not do what was insinuated. BHO needs to prove that something did happen a particular way. Much easier, once that was done, the issue of his father's nationality and the meaning of "Natural born citizen, could be handled by the courts in fairly short order, if they could get past the roadblocks of the technical issues of standing, ripeness and so forth thrown out by the lawyers for The One.

The situations are not at all analogous.

1. Why did the HI Gov seal Obama’s birth records?

2. Why wasn’t the original Birth Certificate presented when asked for?

AFAIK, the only thing Obama has ever produced is a abstract of a non original Birth Certificate?

To me, this is a public records case moreso then a eligibility issue, does a Candidate for Public Office have to produce all relevant records?

First, nobody "sealed" anything. It's an urban legend. All the governor did said was that the SOS was going to ensure that the SAME privacy protections that are guaranteed for "regular" citizens in HI are met for Obama's personal birth records.

Second, why Obama doesn't have his original birth certificate? I have no idea. But, I don't have mine either. Does that mean I was born in Kenya? Obama, has a copy. It's the EXACT SAME copy that you or I would receive if we were born in HI and needed to get a copy from the state.

As for the "vault copy" and whatever else. My little sister was born in HI. She's now a pilot in the US Armed Forces. She had to get a copy of her Birth Certificate when she applied for a commission. It looks EXACTLY the same as Barry's. If it's good enough for the DOD, it's good enough for me.

None of the courts have viewed any evidence. No court has subpoenaed any of Obama’s records so this article is a lie from the get go. Maybe there is a factual statement in the whole thing, but it’s buried under the insults and disinformation.

1. At first HI refused to issue a original copy of the document claiming it violated privacy laws when in fact, anyone could have obtained a copy, that is no longer the case in HI.

2. That is an issue because a forgery was posted on the ‘Net by the Koyz Kidz, they were caught, and now the whole thing is in doubt.

So the original is unavailable and the copy is a later abstract version, the whole thing could be cleared up by merely making the original available and so far, that has not happened and the only answer in response is “Don't be Birther”.

That is no response at all, in fact it is meant to stifle any inquiry into the matter.
