Rush Rattles Obama the Whiner’s Cage
Townhall.com ^ | March 1, 2009 | Doug Giles

Posted on 03/01/2009 5:09:02 AM PST by rightwingintelligentsia

Evidently Obama the Whiner can’t work his socialistic voodoo if Rush Limbaugh keeps free thinking and running his mouth off. Dammit, Rush, you’re ruining Obama’s ability to cast his spell! Barack’s aversion to Rush reminds me of how my brother never liked using the Ouija board when I was around because my presence always “grieved the spirits.”

Yep, if Limbaugh unleashes his First Amendment rights, the President cannot make manifest his mucked-up machinations he learned as a pup sitting in Saul Alinsky’s literary lap (which means that Obamaland cannot be built). This would be too funny if it wasn’t so pathetically sad and a prophetically bad precursor of the mitigating muzzle Obama would like to strap on the conservative mouth.

In contrast to Obama’s bleat last week, hearken back to days of yore when 43 was in office. Dubya got some “work done,” if I’m not mistaken, and he had everybody and their rabid dog railing against him 24/7 from every conceivable sector of the MSM. Please note: Bush didn’t whine about it and call on the carping clods to cease and desist their vitriol because he couldn’t “kill terrorists if Keith keeps complaining.”

Not only in a wad but heads exploding....

It was on CNN, FOX and CSPAN full length.

Do you know how many hotels, airports etc have CNN on in their lobbies?

IMHO this reached a far greater audience than we may realize. For some it may have been thier first intro to conservatism. Maybe some hearts and brains were won over....

Except with tax cuts and Supreme Court justices.

And be vigilantly PRO LIFE, PRO Military, ANTI TERRORIST, PRO GUN.

But let's not waste the opportunity to bash Bush on a Rush thread.

Do you know a link to Rush's speech? I'd like to see it.

I haven't seen one yet but maybe somebody else knows.

Just like Carter was a creation of Nixon, BHO is a creation of GWB.

I consider GWB a RINO

Bush is no longer president. Why don’t you stop venting your spleen on him and focus on the Marxist who really is president right now?

One of the reasons we ended up with such a lousy candidate in the presidential elections is that certain self-proclaimed conservatives were so obssessed with hating Bush that they completely ignored the need to deal with the real evil that was looming up behind them. This isn’t the time for trying to beat Bush over the head one last time.

And be vigilantly PRO LIFE...

That is a moral issue.

...PRO Military...

I didn't know that being for a strong military was a conservative value. I thought it was part of the Constitution.

...ANTI TERRORIST...

Well, you kind of got me there.

...PRO GUN...

Really?

The Department of Justice has filed an amicus brief on behalf the District of Columbia. Yes, you read that right. The Bush Administration is supporting DC in the upcoming case on that will have a major impact on gun owner's rights. From here.

Because I am tired of the adulation for a man the led us to Obama. It's also important to know how we got here. If we can't see how we got to Obama there is no way we will get rid of him or his ilk. We certainly would not have done so with McCain.

Never thought I could admire him more than I already did—but I am.

Where is our politician that reflects this passion for conservatism? Mitt doesn't do it for me, although I would completely support him over some other choices. Given what the Democrats have become, we need to get this right.

Well I switched over to See the CNN coverage of Rush This Morning and their Internet Question of the Day was What Did you think of the Rush Speech Yesterday . The first Response they featured was from a Woman who said whenever she hears or sees Rush she just turns him off as fast as she can . This time she said she listened to a good portion of his speech and Found herself Agreeing with What he said. She concluded by saying that was Very scary.
I dont know what would be scary about it to her ,maybe she finally realized she is an American ,or maybe she is a Communist and surmised that if more people like her ACTUALLY listen to Rush it might have the same effect, that these Morons Have Been Brainwashed by the Commie left in this country for years

Limbaugh speech at the CPAC was a simply calling out of Obama

Rush is taking the fight to the empty suit and his minions.

He put Obama in the corner and on the defensive and he will have to response.

If he says "fairness doctrine" maybe is a good idea afterall, he can be scorned as opposing free speech: he he says nothing, his libtards who worship at his feet will look at it as weakness

How Obama responds to this "calling out" will be a very good indicator of how far he is willing to go to flex his Marxist muscles

Though, I detest the phase "speaking truth to power" Rush nailed it in his speech

Actually, the address was edited when replayed by C-SPAN. Both times Rush’s comments as the “new castrati” were cut out.

W once said that he was the President of ALL of America, not just the republicans.

That was such a stupid thing for W to have done. Why should any politician pay heed to people who would never vote for him/her?
