No change in the tax code...so the $13 per week will be income you pay taxes on next year. I’m glad the caller confirmed this. This was something I have been questioning myself. If the IRS takes out 13 a week less, that does not mean you will owe 13 a week less in your overall tax burden. It remains unchanged. So expect to pay an extra $700 or so April 2010 or get refunded that much less.
