Theyre not even pretending to be restricted by the Constitution anymore. That's the way I see it too. Every time I turn around there is something else. It would be funny if it weren't so incredibly serious.

If they are no longer bound by the Constitution then they are fair game, because we will thus have no foundational laws to restrict us, either, and thus anything goes.
