I do like the color of the dress. Someone, somewhere has told her she has great arms. Not bad for a woman her age, but really, in the dead of winter, in this setting, not appropriate. I do not see a single woman in the place that is sleeveless. Just like when her and Obama were at church the day after the inauguration and she wore the sleeveless garden party dress.

So this year's State of the Union will be delivered in writing only? (It is a constitutional requirement donchaknow...)

Article II Section 3 of the Constitution says:

He shall from time to time give to the Congress Information of the State of the Union, and recommend to their Consideration such Measures as he shall judge necessary and expedient;

We've gotten used to annual SOTU addresses, but "from time to time" in ObamaTime is next year. But it will have "all the trappings" of a SOTU address, which means he will receive all the accolades as he enters the chamber, without any of the expectations of a SOTU address.
