Once again, I managed to block him entirely from my reality.
I did tune in afterward to hear Bobby Jindal, but that was a letdown.Did he think he was addressing a kindergarten class?
Judd Gregg appeared with the Friends this morning and I wondered why he just doesn’t take that job after all...he was just gushing over working together with Barry and bipartisanship and again apologized for his mistake of accepting the offer and then declining. Are there any strong MEN left in the Republican Party???

Our dear Deceiver in Chief is the perfect embodiment of the “Cloward-Piven” strategy first proposed in ‘The Nation” in 1966. This strategy proposes that our Republic be brought down through a series of orchestrated crisis. The radical marxist professor/ community organizing husband- wife team of Richard Cloward and Frances Piven were the moving force behind such wonderful concepts of “Welfare rights”, the motor voter law and aiding the Palestinian cause through their group Humanserve.
The current financial collapse has all the hallmarks of an ‘orchestrated crisis”. On September 15, over only one to two hours, according to Congressional sources, some one or something initiated a $550 Biillion dollar run on the Money Market Securities Market. $550 B is approximately 1/6 of that entire market. In one to two hours! That run caught the Fed by complete surprise and prompted the Fed to hastily intervene under duress and propose the disastrous failure TARP to stem the crisis.
This run was set up by years of full court pressure by the leftist Democrats to undermine our financial, regulatory and political system, that followed the Cloward-Piven Strategy to a T.
The immediate causes prior to the collapse were many:
• The Fannie/Freddie policies of pressuring banks to underwrite under collateralized loans to the urban poor unsupported by sufficient income.
• The expansion of bank reserves of Securities firms from 12 to 1, to over 30 to 1.
• The lax regulation of derivatives and unregistered hedge funds.
• The opaque and uncoordinated relationship between Fed, the Treasury and the SEC where there is an unclear line of oversight.
• The refusal by the Democrats in Congress to reform the financial system in general and mortgage lending practices in particular.
• The Pelosi/Reid strategy of restricting oil drilling on US reserves to drive up the price of oil and thus Gold, forcing the Fed to raise interest rates.
The Democrats, with the help of corrupt moderate Rinos, were the driving force behind all these causes of the collapse.
Barrack and the Clowards-Pivens team ran in the same circles and had to know each other, although Richard Cloward died in 2001. ( His wife still lives.) Cloward taught at Columbia when the Bama was there, and the Bama always gravitated to the most high profile lefties and marxists. All three were prominent community organizers. All three were heavily involved in voter registration and low income mortgage drives pushed by ACORN. And all three were vehemently against welfare reform.
Barack had to know of this “orchestrated crisis” strategy. His every move under the banner of hopeful change is designed to prolong this financial crisis or create new crisis. The list of Obama moves to undermine long standing government policies and strategies in just one month is already way too long to review. Huge spending that we can’t possibly fund. Tax increases in a recession. Carbon Taxes that will break our energy supply system. Marxist health care. Card Check. Undoing welfare reform. Releasing Terrorists. Undermining interrogations. Allowing the Swat area of Pakistan to go Sharia. Backing off missile defense. Funding Gaza. Offering to destroy 80% of our nuclear arsenal.
The list goes on and on. The guy is on a mission to takeover and take down this Republic.

DoD officials vow secrecy on budget

The Obama administration has directed defense officials to sign a pledge stating they will not share 2010 budget data with individuals outside the federal government.
In an undated non-disclosure agreement obtained by Defense News, the administration tells defense officials that “strict confidentiality” must be practiced to ensure a “successful” and “proper” 2010 defense budget process.
The secrecy pact comes as dozens of Bush-era Pentagon appointees remain on the job, asked to stay on by the Obama administration until replacements are confirmed to ensure continuity during wartime.
The Pentagon and Office of Management and Budget have agreed on a fiscal 2010 defense budget top line figure of $537 billion. That level is nearly $50 billion lower than the $585 billion defense plan created during the final months of the Bush administration, and $24 billion higher than the already enacted $513 billion 2009 defense budget.
Too wordy. That should be shortened to: "The GOP: too afraid."
Yes, Obama is historic, Obama is the very first openly anti-American President this nation has ever had.

Look...Everyone knows 0bama has the black heart of an assassin, the charm of a whore, and the principles of a hyena. BUT, he executes his shtick with confidence, conviction, and...a sparkly smile. Unfortunately "style over substance" is a factor these days.
I guarantee that YOU are in the minority who were actually moved by Jindal's body language, content, conviction, and tepid response.
A straight-shooting Conservative is desperately needed who is capable of grabbing folks by the throat while touching their hearts....WITHOUT compromise or apologies. Of course that would mean a candidate NOT tainted by the stench of RNC-Globalists.

Obama delivered the anti-business message that there is no end in sight to the spending plans of the Democrats. I don't see a market bottom until we see the bottom of the spending.

I figure that there's still a little room to go down in the market, but that the absolute worst is over. We'll likely bounce around this level until pols pull their act together and figure out that the bulk of their constituents dont *want* to spend their childrens' inheritances on Polar Bear Exhibits and Grants to Starving Artists.
Going to be a good while before we recover, though. Unfortunately, any recovery will be trunpeted as "Thanks to the Democrats". Just like this landslide loss of value was "Bush's Fault".
Pelosi is wearing the futuristic uniform that may be standard issue someday.
