FGS, TG would like the current list of states.
The article says “passed resolutions”, but have any gone through the House and Senate and been signed into law by a governor?
I’m curious what the State of Washington is concerned about. Federal infringement on medical marijuana? Or the right to steal elections?
Alaska probably will too. California, ahnold, is just too blinded by the hypnosis
The interesting thing is that California, Washington and Michigan aren’t exactly red states. But I do realize that Schwartenwhathisname and the governor of Michigan have their greedy hands out for their share and more.
Cannot vouch for accuracy.
From what I see, these states have introduced resolutions about the 10th amendment but I don’t see where anything has actually passed both houses of a legislature where there are two or one where there is only one. Have you got a link to any state site which shows success in this endeavor?
Cheers!
I don’t understand exactly, Michigan is on the list but granholm has said not only will she take th emoney but will take all the money any other states refuse.
doesn’t add up.
I wonder how many states will end up passing such a resolution?
Washington could turn, but CA and MI are hopeless.
The CA resolution was passed in 1994! That explains it...
I dont understand CA being on this list. Theres no way the liberal legislature there would pass this, unless they were doing it to defend pot clubs or something like that..
You have a point. Maybe NAMBLA realized to receive stimulus funds, they’d have to apply in person and show a photo ID. A loophole Pelosi forgot to close before she left to see the Pope.

Mississippi is working on one focusing on gun rights.
Uh? I live in Washington state... the governor and congress is dominated by Democrats... (scratching head)
probably every state but California.
I don’t have much hope for Florida, the rinos run the show.
