Tycho Magnetic Anomaly (TMA)-1 ???
??????? Why not just store the data and stransmit when non-obstructed? And two satellites orbiting the same object would still have that object obstructing their communication, unless they were BOTH in extremely high orbits.

Since only one side of the Moon has been facing Earth for its entire 4 billion or so year history, of course the crust on that side will be different gravitationally from the far side. Earth’s gravity has been tugging on it all that time.
So does a gravitational hot spot represent a good place for a moon base (assuming more gravity is more earthlike and therefore somehow better/healthier), or does it represent a geologic risk of some kind:?
