I was taught that, "history is ninety percent of the diagnosis." Who is qualified to write a medical history computer program that is 100% complete? Who is qualified to guarantee that it is available only on a need to know basis? There are many reasons that would inhibit full disclosure.

This is the reason for that study of How much a Human Body was worth that I heard on FOX news a little while back that everyone was laughing at .
