In a number of emails we have sent out this year, we have noted the dramatic increase in jihadist arrests in America in 2009, in spite of the well-publicized efforts by President Obama to "reach out" to the Muslim world.
Tawfik Hamid’s commentary below (highlights added) affirms what we contend, that the problem is radical Islam, or "Islamism" (the political ideology embedded in Islam), and not America.
As we ring out 2009 and ring in the New Year, it is clear that few lessons from history are more incontrovertible than this one: Appeasing those driven by a supremacist ideology succeeds only in emboldening them.
Regrettably for the U.S., President Obama, Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano, and his foreign policy team don’t appear to have learned that lesson.

I honestly believe it is by design. The harder this country gets hit, the better chance of barry declaring martial law, and he sympathizes with the muslims wayyy too much. He declared the US a muslim country. Now he is out to make it one.
I think that BO’s “trip” to Pakistan when he was supposed to be in college was to a madrassa for marching orders and some retraining in his speech patterns. muslims use almost hypnotic speech patterns when preaching and recruiting.
bam’s “outrach” had exactly the effect he wanted it to have. If you go back on this thread, I have explained the specific passages he used from the Quran in several speeches that muslims would understand, but most westerners would not. He practices taquiyya, and often slips up, but the West generally does not understand islam so he gets away with it.
On several posts I indicated he was openly inviting attacks and condoning them.
Nation Leaders do play tit for tat, and speak volumes by who they see and where they are as they travel. Not to mention military moves, which speak a language to one another.
Media downplays or hides the truth most of the time..but generally the truth is there, just hidden in the small print so to speak.

I can see that. It’s how I felt when I heard Bubba attended school in Russia. I felt him & Hilderbeast parents were sent her specifically for the purpose of infiltration. Freepers used to laugh at me years ago when I said we are living “Red Dawn”. The only difference are the factions of countries is slightly different.
But hey they also ridiculed me when I said ,as a new Freeper , that Hitlary wants to be President
