I think you should not betray your neighbors. Your city should enact a ban to stop you from buying any product not produced in your city. Give the jobs to your neighbors.

Tax any items not produced in your city to fund city government.

If you've read the bill, you will do more than not like it - you will absolutely HATE it. Despite it's catchy title, it is NOT a stimulus bill in any way, shape, or form. It is nothing but a pork-infested spending bill that seeks to reward all the leftwing organizations and localities that did so much to put the Marxist in office.
