I think it is time that the real people of America, you know the ones who FUND this crap, and keep this nation rolling, considers a “tax cut” for Washington. If she didn’t have so much of our money, she wouldn’t have to worry how she is going to spend it.

Every time Pelosi opens her mouth and says something stupid (which is often) I keep wondering how she could top that, but she does. And to think she’s the Speaker of the House.

Well if the Government wants to subsidize my Middle class income by giving ME food stamps and unemployment benefits (even though I’m employed) then I’m sure that will stimulate the economy as much as giving me a tax cut.

In my dreams we march on Washington, dismantle every government building and take the material back to our home states. Maybe build new additions onto our state capitols.

Well, at least Twinkies and Lay’s Potato Chips won’t have to worry about laying off employees.

If food stamps will stimulate, then making everyone eligable will stimulate even more.

This is a natural conclusion of demand side economics. Too bad most Republicans are demand siders too.

A simple change in depreciation regulations (effectively a tax cut) will do more to stimulate the economy than either more welfare or individual income tax cuts. Just allow equipment that would be depreciated in 3 years or less to be expensed at time of purchase.

And experience has shown that lowering tax rates for the top bracket does a great deal for the economy, merely by allowing the top-bracket earners to not worry so much about tax-avoidance strategies.

“Food stamps first, unemployment insurance next, infrastructure after that, and it goes on from there.”

If there was an IQ meter that could register a minus number, she could make it peg the bottom. This is just a way of keeping the people dependent on the government.

Is Nancy Pelosi trying to be an Ayn Rand villain? If so, she's overdoing it.
