It might be a popular belief, but it is not workable ... the first legitimate lawsuit over a bill or EO Barry signs into law will end the stonewalling. I had a dream a few weeks back, it was so shocking it woke me up. BO with Michelle beside him was announcing he was stepping down - resigning - he was not constitutionally legal to serve as President.
