Everyone kept telling me that "Nobody in Hawaii is going to do anything regarding OBama's birth certificate." Likewise, I've been pleading with them to pursue a different angle, namely the fact that a fraudulent document has been created and that the forgery was done to an official government document issued by Hawaii's Department of Health.

The question that MUST be posed and MUST be answered by Gov. Linda Lingle and Attorney General, Mark Bennett, is this:

"Was Hawaii's Department of Health complicit in this forgery?"

What would they do if we were to accuse the DOH of direct complicity in committing felony document fraud?

We give them copies of the Factcheck photos that clearly show the 2006/2008 Seal on the 2007 Obama COLB, date-stamped June 6, 2007. The 2007 COLB has the 2007 borders and the 2007 date stamp, but not the 2007 embossed Seal. It cannot be a "mistake" because the 2006 Seal stamp was not used in 2007 (as evidenced by my March 22, 2007 COLB image).

"THIS WILL WORK," to quote Gene Wilder in "Young Frankenstein."

What possible reason(s) could they give for not investigating this? They cannot claim "Privacy issues" because no private information would ever be released outside of the Govenor's office and/or the AG's office. All personally identifiable information would be kept confidential. All that needs to be done is for Hawaii's Governor and/or the AG to check the logs at Vital Records and verify if a COLB for cert. no. #010640 was printed and date-stamped on June 6, 2007. Either there is a record of it, or there isn't. If somehow the log for that cert. no. is "missing," they can still verify the information shown on Factcheck's photo against the birth record. They can do that, too, even if they found no log of the COLB being produced on 06/06/07.

They cannot call the request frivolous -- not after seeing Factcheck's photos of a 2007 COLB w/o the 2007 embossed Seal. If they choose to COA and not do the investigation, or do it, but basically rubber-stamp the bogus results, then they open themselves up for being charged as accessories to felony fraud after the fact.

The media would be made aware of it, that's for sure. I'm not just talking aboutthe MSM: I'm talking about local news sources, beginning with Hawaii's own. If not there, then onto the local news affiliates in major cities.

Someone suggested to form a large crowd and assemble outside of government buildings and local media outlets. Then, this "protest" would be then be shown on the local news, and on the internet. Following that, the hope is for the major news networks to carry it.

Even if they didn't, we should distribute a press release along with the tape to as many news outlets as possible, local, regional, national, and international.

The crowd would all be holding signs showing a copy of the real 2007 COLB Seal vs. Obama's 2007 COLB Seal (like PhilDragoo's example), with the title, "This birth certificate is a fake."
