Governor Palin will be giving her annual address to the Alaska legislature tonight at 7:00 pm local time (11:00 pm ET).
Here are two links for you to watch the speech, the first is from Gavel to Gavel, which is the Alaska Public Television station. The second is from KTUU, which has a banner ad on their website promoting their live stream of the governor's speech.
Once again, the links are: Gavel to Gavel and KTUU
We recommend the Gavel to Gavel link first. It seems to be more the reliable of the two.
We will also have a chat box in this post for live discussion of the speech (including drinking game!). The chat will open at 9:30 pm ET. So, you'll need to open two windows in your browsers -- one for the live stream and one for us. Stick with us for live chat, and we'll all dissect the speech together as it happens!
Again, our live chat will start an hour and a half before the speech to get everyone in the mood...
Till then, folks!
Oh yeah, and did you know that the 'Cuda wrote this one herself? She did.
Aw she should have hired that 27 year old starbucks guy to write it.
Thanks for the heads up !!
I can’t wait to hear what she has to say. I wish she were my Governor, she would fix this state(california). heck, I wish she were my President but we will just have to wait a few years for that to happen
Ping!
The gavel to gavel (G2G) has a LOT more bandwidth than the TeeVee station and the G2G link is run by professionals - a large local telco provider.
Bring your popcorn, it’s gonna be a barn burner

BUMP
I wonder how she feels about her handler on the McCain team, Nicole Wallace, coming out so much in favor of Obama today in The Daily Beast?
Nicole Wallace pretty much sabotaged Sarah Palin with McCain’s permission.
She looks great and sounds so good!! Go Sarah!
I can’t believe she wrote this speech...my God...she is so amazing!!
