Funny thing about perfection...
I disagree with Jesus Christ about some of his commandments because I am not perfect and can’t attain the level of love necessary to following His word, but I don’t note it when I speak of Him.
With George, I figured it was more important to get his six and foul our enemies than to broadcast any questioning I might have on the issue at hand. I was sad that so few people understood this.
For the record, I think that on immigration reform, President Bush was wise and compassionate, and on the side of history. What we are going to get now with a Democrat congress and a Marxist President is going to be far worse for the country than the deal that was worked out in the last administration.
Now I’m just happy that we had George for our President these last 8 years, and will continue my troop support work as best I can. Thank you for your work with the wounded.
Thanks for all YOU do and continue to do for our awesome military!
Tremendous pics of our VP - Thanks!
re: 122
Hey! What happened to Dick that he’s in a wheelchair???
Haven’t had the boob tube on for a few days ‘cause I have a weak stomach and didn’t want to see or hear the mainstream media slobbering over Hussein. :)
“...becoming increasingly liberal” is happening in the South too. Liberals come into the once conservative areas, drawn by their conservative values, bringing their liberal ideas with them polluting and changing what was once a beautiful area. It's sad and frustrating.
Hopefully, the Cheney's will have a calm and relaxing retirement. I loved hearing him speak. He has such a wise “the adults are in charge now” demeanor about him. Lynn is a feisty little banty hen. :-) Such good people.
I am glad you did so! I plan to today as well. There is absolutely no reason for that to be there (even if it were true, which it isn't!). Shows such a lack of class, judgment, maturity---and knowledge. GRRRR.
Most importantly to me, the article said the VP is thinking about writing a book. Yaaayyyyy...books forthcoming from both GWB and RBC are an answer to my prayers. Their insights and viewpoints are critical parts of the record of their extraordinary terms in office. Their stories need to be told through their own eyes and voices. It can take up to two years for books to go from concept to publication, but I'll be waiting for theirs with great anticipation.
He pulled a back muscle, lifting boxes for
his and Mrs. Cheney’s move.
Oh good grief.
The poor man gets punished for doing good! Not fair! I protest!
Prayers going up for him.
There is another one also that I found through “Lucianne.com”. It’s address is: www.mission1accomplished.com. There is space there for people to send letters to him, and they’re hoping to get a number of them into a book(s)and put them in his library someday. In just a few short days, they had some 10 to 20 thousand replies, and from all over the USA and around the world! Even some from Germany, France and Canada. There was even a message there entirely in French, very poignant!
Awesome Video, Kaslin! Thank you.
Can you still get to the old site? I’d love to be able to get to it!
Thank you for the Links, Star; I just Signed Up with Both. God Bless.
RE: “It was wonderful. I am so thankful I got to travel to Midland to welcome them home. The crowd was large! There were so many standing in line they just finally opened the gates without going through security. Well over 35,000
Brought home my BLUE W sign.
Thank you President Bush and Mrs. Bush. You have shown more class today than many will ever see. God Bless You both!”

Wish I could’ve been there — I love GWB and the entire family — always have, always will.
Best wishes to GWB and Laura for a happy, healthy retirement!!!
I'm So Thankful for that; I was Sickened by what the Obamanation did to the White House Website, and Several of the Pics on my FR Home Page also Vanished when Hussein's Henchmen Dumped our President's Pics. Luckily I had Saved All the Pics in a Folder on One of my Laptops, so they can be Restored.
I was hoping to be able to post "live" on it, but the past year or so of having to access to the internet unless through a public library computer has made it impossible.
But I lurked whenever I could, everyone here on this thread have made even living a liberal nightmare" here in Maryland more bearable. Thank You
May God Bless You and May God Bless President Bush and hs family as they begin a new chapter in thier lives.
It would be great to have A Day in the Life in the Bush library. It would be a terrific interactive story that people could see for any date in his 8 years. Is there any chance that this could happen?
