I’ve read Obama’s books, and they are first-rate. He is that rara avis, the politician who writes his own books.

How can you tell when a book is ghostwritten or not -— just by reading the book? I don’t mean that someone else just took over and wrote the book word for word, but from what I’ve been reading, he was influenced HEAVILY with help from another.
