Biden was Acting President for about five minutes or so.
It was worth watching all of this just to see him botch it!

Bambi is a little to anxious to say the oath. He's so brilliant, he can't get it right.
Those words are not in the Oath. Different from all others entering Federal service.
To be fair, Roberts actually messed up as well: Roberts said “. . . I will execute the Office of President of the United States faithfully . . .” The oath is supposed to be “. . . I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States . . .”
