Again, the Dow has little to do with President Obama. It has everything to do with systemic problems with the economy.

If President Obama (ouch, first time typing that) said he was cutting corporate taxes and keeping the tax rates in place through his term, do you think the market would react then? I agree, the Dow is not acting exclusively on the President, but the President's plan is definitely not offering any sign of optimism on the street.
