BEDFORD HEIGHTS, Ohio (CNN) -- After two years of traveling around the country and criticizing President Bush, President-elect Barack Obama said Friday that he "always thought [Bush] was a good guy."

yeah, like THAT'll happen.
funny that calling someone a good guy deserves an article
Isn’t that half white of him.
The Empty Suit wants to be seen as a good guy. Only problem, aint no there, there!
As W is headed out the door, Obama is just being nice. I have no doubt he doesn’t really mean it. I’m betting during his inauguration speech he’ll be like Clinton, and proclaim the previous Administration was nightmarish and mean-spirited and blah blah blah.
‘B’....as in B
‘S’....as in S
All it sounds like to me is a guy realizing he (rightfully) looks trashy compared to President Bush who has extended (undeserved) graciousness and goodwill towards him.
One of my hopes is that in some of the preparation meetings covering national secrets, Obama has a major CTJ when things are revealed like threats, positions, and why decisions where made. Maybe this is a reaction to seeing things how they really are, not how he thought.
Praise from sleaser.
GOT THAT FRICKING RIGHT!
I heard Bush gave him his phone number in case he needed to talk.
I hope it was 1800 SCREWYU
This isn’t going to play well with the fruits and nuts that helped elect him.
Well I don’t think you are a good guy you thug...I am praying every day some how some way you dems will get what you all deserve..One day you will all meet our maker and oh my will you ever pay for your wickedness..
I think he might be easy on Bush. He is a politician after all. He has the left entirely under his sway and he can do most anything and those moonbats will lap it up. He might see this as an opportunity to try to fool conservatives and get some legislative support.
” One of my hopes is that in some of the preparation meetings covering national secrets, Obama has a major CTJ when things are revealed like threats, positions, and why decisions where made. Maybe this is a reaction to seeing things how they really are, not how he thought. “ .... and in a few days when President Bush leaves office and when the next big crisis comes around ... President Bush will be say of Obama “ ha ha ha ha .... ain’t so easy now is it running the show ? is it now Obama ? “
