During his senate confirmation hearing, Eric Holder reaffirmed several of his anti-gun stances.
Clearly another Clintonoid.
“Be prepared to pledge your lives, your fortunes, and your sacred honor in order to confront and defeat the leftist monster that is primed to devour our beloved America.”
“I’m there when the time comes. And it may come soon.”
It will come at the very end of Zero’s first term. All hell on Earth will be let loose at that time.

Not only does he want to make the AWB permanent, he wants it to be more expansive and cover more than “Cosmetic” things, including pistols, anything that can hold 5 or more rounds or magazines with 5 or more rounds, anything that shoots semi auto or pump-action, and anything that can shoot projectiles more than 300 yards or through level I body armor.
The only thing Holder is fit to “hold” is a live hand grenade.
Honestly, I hope the Oblahma team goes for it. Quit fooling around and get started on the re-taking of Congress by conservatives in 2010.
Once the food riots start, and martial law is in force,food and water is what we will be thinking about, NOT Congress.

You'll notice, of course, that Holder says he has no intention...they haven't discussed...nothing is being planned...he can't imagine they're going to do anything in that regard.
He DOES NOT say that HE WON'T.

We need to stop this SOB. I was not even aware his confirmation hearings had started. How long the hearing expected to last? How long before the vote? This guy is the worst of all Zerobama’s nominees and that is saying a lot.

Proof positive that the Democrats are too stupid to learn.
Bush I lost his second term over the gun issue. He doublecrossed gun owners and they stayed home. Clinton angered gun owners, and lost the Mid-Term elections which cost him both houses of Congress. Dole doublecrossed gun owners and couldn’t dislodge Clinton as a result,and Gore’s gungrabbing is what caused gun owners to vote for Bush II.
And now, just like back in Clinton’s early administration, there’s a run on assault rifles. People are voting with their wallets, and that’s significant.
And so, one would think that the Democrats would discover that screwing with gun owners is politically suicidal, but they’re out making lemmings look reasonable.
Stupidity is the inability to learn from experience and the Democrats clearly are stupid.

Remember that legally Obama cannot nominate anyone and anything Holder proposes can be contested.

I was wondering the same thing? Because a .22 between the eyes can kill anyone, not just cops. People have died from bb’s and pellet guns. Holder is a little Hitler, a psycho control freak. I loathe this man, LOATHE him.

Because if he moves too soon he will upset the apple cart in the 2010 election cart, and if he goes apesh*t right after that he will risk re-election in 2012. No, he’ll wait to torch the world once he knows he has re-election in the bag and still has both houses under control.

Well, if you take the definition from Ted Kennedy's Bill - introduced every year since time began - it's ANY and all rifle rounds over .22LR. as they will all penetrate a cop's (cough) 'bullet proof vest'. So given Holder's statements and record, THAT is what he inferred - Rifle Ammo.
I almost puked when Sen Tom Coburn (R-OK) didn't follow up on that during yesterday's hearing. And he's very, very - VERY - pro 2A.
(That's One BIG problem with these senators serving on 27 fricken committees at once, they don't have time for squat.
