The draft will give another tool to use in refusing to fight for the nations security and to honor our commitments. They will claim, and have the public backing behind them, that the draft will mean a disproportionate number of the poor and minorities will have to serve.

The public never got behind the cut and run libs regarding Iraq like they did in Vietnam because everyone serving in Iraq was a volunteer.

A weakened and undisciplined military is precisely what the libs want. The expected move to end "don't ask, don't tell" is also being done to erode morale and curtail both voluntary enlistment as well as re enlistment.

They will love it. They will get a sign up bonus towards college and then be granted exemptions and the same bonus if they instead choose to join the community organizing cadres. Those *forces* will be the chief organizers of anti-war demonstrations.
