What has she done in her career? Does she have the experience to govern? Isnt she just a name and a pretty face in expensive clothes? All questions asked by Democrats (Im being nice) regarding Sarah Palin as McCains pick for Vice President.
But Caroline Kennedy isnt put under the same kind of scrutiny.
Apparently, qualifications dont matter to the left as long as you dont hunt moose.
One this is certain: if Kennedys last name were Palin she wouldnt be anointed.
Im curious if shell sit down with some prominent Big Apple media fixtures like Charlie Gibson and Katie Couric and subject herself to their murder boards.
Obama is certainly pushing for his ally, no doubt. It could only benefit him to have a high-profile advocate on the Hill and Kennedy will certainly be more malleable than Clinton.
And what about this concept of change? The Kennedy family is an institution. Theyve been around for decades and have been consistently plagued by scandal and drama. Hardly what Id call a new viewpoint.
As Kennedy travels around the state of New York, not saying much and refusing to answer questions about her lack of experience, I suspect there would be some stuttering and stammering in her responses but shed hardly be called a fool as Palin was.
We always knew the Democrats had a double standard. They nominated the most inexperienced candidate in nearly a century to run for president, while they sought to destroy the Republican nominee for vice president because she wasnt elitist or experienced enough.
What they need to learn is that stature is not a substitute for substance, even in New York. But apparently, qualifications dont matter to the left as long as you dont hunt moose.

Sunken eyes and wrinkles, she has NOT aged well.
While we certainly don’t need another Kennedy in Washington, VP (and potential President) is a bit different from Senator, and I don’t think there would have been any controversy if Plain had decided to run for the Senate from Alaska.
That’s a lot of wrinkles for a 52 year old woman. Is she a smoker?
If Sarah Palin lived to be 110 years old - and was a heavy meth/alcohol abuser, and chain smoked, and was anorexic, and had teeth that looked like a donkey’s, and had her nose broken over and over in bar fights is Wasila, and dyed her hair to match Cesar Romero’s Joker - she would still look 100 times better than Princess Schlossberg
The hypocrisy and unfairness is obvious to all normal people. That’s why normal people no longer pay any attention to the mainstream media.
Actually, I think Katie’s 1st softball guestion will be...”Just how difficult is it being a Kennedy?” What we would like to hear is “Do you think it is fair that you are not being vetted by the MSM the same way Sarah Palin was vetted?” But I guess that was OK because Sarah was running for an elective office.
Oh, my...and I thought my wrinkles looked bad, today....and she’s younger than ME. (Not to mention the sound of her voice is awful - it’s a low monotone that would put anyone to sleep.)
Bad analogy. Sarah was running for President (by virtue of being the VP of a 72 year old man). Caroline would be the junior senator from NY.
She’s 51, no? That does look like the complexion of a woman who has spent a lifetime smoking Lucky Strikes in the blazing sun.
And during sandstorms.
Caroline can eat corn from across the room.
Yikes!
The woman sitting next to Caroline in the 3rd picture could be a young Jacqueline.....or Jacqueline relative.

I will say that both she and our Kenyan-born, baby killing POTUS-elect have about the same experience . . .””
At least Kennedy can read and write in fullsentences, and with a decent cadence and NOT in EBONICS...
Careful- do go insulting all 6 of mine like this.
Careful- do NOT go insulting all 6 of mine like this.
So she will be 'Senator Kennedy'. Just what we need, NOT.
And this has got to tick cousin 'Patches' off. He thought it was 'his turn to be senator' after dear old drunken dad kicked off. Hope this doesn't make him start drinking and taking drugs again. /s
