Man in hospital after hate attack
MIAMI BEACH, Fla. (WSVN) -- A South Florida man is in excruciating pain after a brutal attack sent him to the hospital on Monday evening.
Dovid Hazan's triplets visited him in the hospital and had no idea what had really happened to their father. Perhaps the harsh reality underlying his hospital, stay too much for innocence to grasp. "I have no clue, I never saw them, I have no idea who they are, I had no words exchanged with them. They saw me and they came out of the blue," said Hazan.

What's that about, you have to file a supplemental police report from the hospital bed to have a beating investigated? Had he been killed, no report, no investigation?

If he doesn't remember what the attackers said, and the article doesn't give any other supporting evidence, then how can it be assumed that this was a Hate Crime
TM?
There are teens in the country so screwed up that they'll randomly pick a victim and beat the $#%@ out of them just for fun.
