I haven’t given a dime to the RNC for a couple years now, and I WON’T for a very long time, if ever. The RNC can go suck a combat boot!
When it snows, why to people seem to be making so much French toast?
Amen sister.
thank you sloopster.
*ping*
But will the GOP give the Colonel money in 2010 ?
We don’t need no stinkin’ GOP! /so
Yeah, but he needs money. It’s appalling this party has such an aversion to giving viable Black Republicans money and support. Lip service won’t do it.
The GOP hierarchy needs a good house cleaning!
Out!
Quite so, yet virtually all of them were just reelected to leadership. Our motto seems to be, “If it’s broken, don’t fix it.”
If Klein vacates the seat to run for the Senate, I think the GOP will view Lt. Col. West’s run as far less quixotic and actually fund him. But, FYI, I was told by someone well connected in the Palm Beach County GOP that Lt. Col. West had refused help from campaign pros and that area Republicans thought that he didn’t stand a chance, which is why they concentrated their support on Representative-elect Rooney instead.
Fantastic news!
Jeb will probably go for that Martinez seat..... which isn’t so bad.
Ah, the RNC chair has not yet been picked.
Betting on Steele.
Horsehockie.
So many Vets for Freedom operated without help from the RNC, because they refused to help him.
When Palin and her lacky visited Western PA, for a brief time, Russell was disinvited. Can you imagine the freekin’ audacity. He was disivited by the state chair of the RNC.
We need to get rid of th PARTY leadership.
If West refused a certain kind of help that came with conditions to deny certain aspects of his conservatism, then that is no offer at all.
I stand on what I said.
Jeb, imo, was more conservative than W. Disagree with him on offshore drilling (his original stance, I think he has since changed) and questionable on immigration, but nonetheless better he than a Democrat. Maybe being a Governor and being responsible for a state budget will help him bring some decent knowledge on spending cuts, etc. to the Hill.
Still gotta say, I prefer Lt.C. West. :) I hope the next two years he is able to raise lots of money. Has he set up a PAC or an “exploratory” committee or anything of the like for fund raising sake?
no question at all.
He’s an open borders guy,
We are all racists.
Thanks HC, I couldn’t remember correctly what his stance was.
I took a job with a think tank in D.C. and federal law makes me unable to be involved with any political campaigns.... :-(
But I know he's got lots of time to arrange everything he needs to win.
This is the firm I work for now: NLPC
We’ve got your back, Fox!
CONGRATULATIONS! on your new job!!!!!!! How exciting that must be for you! Best of luck to you!
I’m sure he has people far wiser than me advising him. *L* I just like to hit the ground running.
