Supreme Court to Uphold or Ignore the Constitution?

As of this writing, December 6th, the Supreme Court has not yet announced whether or not it will take up the Donofrio case, or any other case concerning Obama’s constitutional eligibility for the office of President.

Yet there is no more important issue before the court today and the clock is ticking.

I was born in the Bronx but live in Ohio which used to be red until idiotic free trade policies came home to roost this year. I worked my tail off to elect McCain as the better if not best choice (I never liked McCain) in Ohio. I had Republicans yelling at me and slamming the door in my face because of the belief that the GOP was screwing the Mid West. I lost count of the Republicans for Obama signs in my socially conservative neighborhood so you don’t know what you are talking about.

It seems to me that your attitude is that since mccain lost, it doesn’t matter WHO is in the whitehouse. The devil himself could be president and you wouldn’t care. You not need a majority of the members of the SCOTUS to move the case against Obama forward. Rather, you just will need the support of the four Strict Constructionist justices.

They are:

Roberts
Scalia
Thomas
Alito

I trust that these four Great Men will uphold the Constitution.

And I am sure that on Jan. 20th Chief Justice John Roberts will deliver the oath of office to Barack Obama.

And while I might not like that, the Constitution will be upheld.

I don’t think they would be afraid if it was true. It would be a big deal. It probably is not true, and they don’t want to lose credibility by being associated with it.
