As of this writing, December 6th, the Supreme Court has not yet announced whether or not it will take up the Donofrio case, or any other case concerning Obama’s constitutional eligibility for the office of President.
Yet there is no more important issue before the court today and the clock is ticking.

It has nothing to do with the Father or anything like that. I recently move and lost family documents including birth certificates. I put a credit watch on my credit because these documents can be used for illegal purposes. Also, it’s a matter of privacy. As far as I can tell, he has proven he was born in Hawaii which is why focus has shifted to this dual citizenship nonsense. I am against this. Time to acknowledge we lost the presidential election and move on. It would be much more constructive to work on saving the party then this issue.
They are cowards. If I were Rush, Levin, Drudge or Savage I would rather go down swinging.
I mention Leo and Cort a lot because i have a ton of admiration for them, Plains Radio, Dr. Orly Taitz, Gary Kreep and all the other people trying to stand up for the Constitution and against this coup by an agent or illegal.
Maybe I am naive but I have faith in Thomas, Scalia, Alito, Roberts and hopefully Kennedy. If they do not “get” what is going on then they are clueless.

Say the Supreme Court takes the case and defines Natural Born Citizen in a way that includes BO and he is deemed a NBC (if he were proven to actually have been born in Hawaii - he showed his papers). Ok, many of us would disagree with the decision, but at least it would all be out in the open and the Constitution would not have been ignored.
Somehow, I am very doubtful he can provide the proof, but if he can, then he is a legitimate president. Isn't that better than a cloud hanging over his head his entire presidency?

It is not possible for parents to renounce citizenship for a child. It is possible for an older minor to renounce citizenship for himself, under rather strict regulations.
Obama would most definitely not have qualified to do so when he was living in Indonesia. The general minimum age is considered to be 14, not 6 to 10.

Before an oath of renunciation will be administered under Section 349(a)(5) of the INA, a person under the age of eighteen must convince a U.S. diplomatic or consular officer that he/she fully understands the nature and consequences of the oath of renunciation, is not subject to duress or undue influence, and is voluntarily seeking to renounce his/her U.S. citizenship.

... (Section 351(b) of the INA provides that an applicant who renounced his or her U.S. citizenship before the age of eighteen can have that citizenship reinstated if he or she makes that desire known to the Department of State within six months after attaining the age of eighteen.

What benefit would they have in lying about his birth place? OTOH what benefit would BO have in lying about his birth place?
Sorry, that dog won’t hunt. I am fawning over our Republic which requires those who support the loser in an election to acknowledge their loss and pledge to help the winner in ways that they can-common ground. The loyal opposition-is not just a phrase, it has real meaning and is very important to this country. I long for another Gingrich...he helped elevate conservatism; We need to educate and influence voters with a modern contract for America based on conservative principles not tilt at windmills with lawsuits about birth certificates.
There is something fishy about it. And it makes me even more want to see obamas true birth certificate. I know it sounds like a conspiracy theory, but I’m really beginning to wonder if there are forces trying to control what I’m thinking about this subject.

I say the court is faced with one of two choices.
If they say O can’t hold office the left riots.
If they say he can even though he is not natural born they are faced with revolution.
Who cares about dual citizenship? I want to see the real birth certificate.
