We have now heard, many times over, that under Hawaii Revised Statute 338-178, it is conceivable that a child can be born in a foreign country without the actual location of the child's birth indicated on the Hawaii "Certification of Live Birth" (COLB)
Can someone post a valid image of such an example? Preferably an example from the early 1960's?
There must be many people involved in this controversy who fall into the definition of this Hawaii vital records statute who are willing to provide their own personal example as proof of how such a COLB would be generated by the state of Hawaii
Obama's bin lyin about virtually his entire life story, from his youth and upbringing, through high school, threough college, his days as a community organizer, right up through his political career and campaign.
Sooner or later, all of those lies are going to catch up with him and the crustal palace will come crashing down.

I don’t know how true it is that Obama will have a meeting with the Gov. of Hawaii; but I hope they both stay away from each other until the matter of his standing his settled. You would think these people would know what ethics are. I guess not.
One thing that isn’t getting much attention and should is the possible international implications that could result from the question of Obama’s eligibility being left unanswered.
Russia’s Pravda has already raised the question of validity of treaties and agreements signed by Obama. A great deal of international instability could be created by a USA with a leader of dubious legitimacy.
I also wonder about the possibility of American soldiers being seized by nations that could claim that they are unlawfully acting on behalf of an illegitimate leader.
Oh, they know what they are alright, but ethics and politics are now strangers, like oil and water.
Very interesting and heretofore not mentioned possibility.
What entity do you suppose could declare Nobama’s presidency void? I can’t think of any. There is absolutely nothing to keep any non-American from running for president and being elected. Who would stop them? How?
That is exactly what our enemies plan to do, this is a chink or weak spot in the armor we elected and yes they will definitely exploit it.
I absolutely WILL NOT travel abroad in the near future unless I have a small contingent of armed bodyguards.
I wonder if we have any leaders smart enough to figure out what you have put forth.
Hopefully the SC will wake up to the travesty and the international implications
of this situation.

I’ve been hearing military people calling in talk shows who are asking at what point do they determine they won’t follow orders since they take an oath to protect and defend all enemies, foreign and domestic. Many seem to be considering him an enemy without proof of citizenship
Can someone please provide some type of evidence, either an actual COLB, or an official response from the Hawaii dept of Heath that has been supporting the allegations that we have been making regarding Hawaii Statute 338-178.
Listen - I am aware of every facet involving this controversy. The risks to our democracy, our constitution, the concealment by Obama...etc.
At this juncture, we need less of the same rehashing of what we claim to know, and more factual postings regarding are claims.

I thought Obama’s sister also had a Hawaiian certificate and we know she was born in Indonesia.
Oh, he tried, but she disinclined the invitation! :-)
It would be even more disgusting if we could simply better support our allegations with some basic facts.
- Either an offical statement from the Hawaii Dept of Health that supports what we have been stating on Free Republic
- Or, simply an example from just 1 of supposedly hundreds of thousounds of Hawaii residents who were born in a foreign country and were provided a COLB that shows their birth registered in the state of Hawaii.

Thanks, but I’ve read Dr. Polarik’s report in detail, and this specific claim is not addressed. He simply discusses the nature of a “certification” as being different from the original “certificate” of Live Birth.
Yes - I too have heard the statement made regarding Obama’s half sister’s certification of live birth indicating Hawaaii as her place of birth, but nothing more. No valid image, direct quote, evidence,....etc.
I’m telling liberals exactly what I have said. They know that Jimmy Carter did serious damage to their party and this question hanging out there opens us up to major global instability.
Think Iran hostage crisis only many many times worse.
Democrats should demand resolution for their own good.
Obama does have over $30 million dollars of surplus campaign funds jingling in his pocket.
