The polls close in ten minutes. Hopefully Georgia has held the line today. Poll traffic was reported as steady here Northeast Atlanta today...
How dark? Could have an effect on the results
Freepmail when.....I’m in Roswell.....
Saxby finally did reverse himself on immigration. I still remember part of the heated Email that I sent him. I told him - If you spit in my eye, I most assuredly will spit in yours by not voting for your re-election.
Laughs, I said they should appeal to Saxby’s vanity, and encourage him to become the GOP’s newest, conservative elder statesman ; }
Here is hoping he gets his chance!
Actually I think Sarah would have won if the stupid McCain campaign had let Sarah BE Sarah, and let her talk DIRECTLY to the people, instead of trying to hide her, she is a great public speaker, she should have been able to talk to the people, have town hall meetings, do what Reagan did, instead the campaign screwed up. When Sarah runs for President, she will be running her OWN campaign, and she will win
Update V: 5% reporting
Chambliss 67%
Martin 33%

The city of Atlanta is in Fulton County. Atlanta would be heavy Obama suporters. But Fulton also compromises many Northern suburbs which will go to Chambliss. Atlanta typically is one of the last precints to report. Dekalb is also a county which probably went for Obama. Cynthia McKinney territory.
Very doubtful that Obama counties will make a difference tonight.
Lets face it, if it hadnt been for Sarah Palin, god knows what great big effin mess more would have occurred on election night because McCain sure as hell screwed it up.
elections are won and lost at candidate recruitment time
a mainstream Democrat would have blown Coleman away in MN. Instead, the Dims threw us a lifeline by nominating Franken... and Martin in GA
44’000 ahead now 86000 to 42000
Peggy who?
“...which counties in Georgia should keep our eye on?”
- - -
The heavily urban areas... like DeKalb and Fulton County
But I am thinking this thing will turn out 70% to the good.
I wish I lived in McDonough.
Lucky Georgians...got to ‘vote’ for Sarah Palin TWICE...
“I think this is going to be a landslide. “
I’m hoping it is - we need a moral boost. A landslide might also put a stop to them trying to steal Coleman’s seat.

Moving it along the thread....
Thank you for in the information on which county Atlanta is in.
It will also be hard for the media to explain how Sarah cost him the election.
