Just posted this on another thread, sometimes you just need to vent.
South Carolina officials have been asked who verified eligibility and what standard of proof was presented. That is a simple request and they are making some noise that they are going to demand proof, we shall see.
South Carolina Requirements
“The written certification required by this section must contain a statement that each certified candidate meets, or will meet by the time of the general election, or as otherwise required by law, the qualifications in the United States Constitution, statutory law, and party rules to participate in the presidential preference primary for which he has filed. Political parties must not certify any candidate who does not or will not by the time of the general election meet the qualifications in the United States Constitution, statutory law, and party rules for the presidential preference primary for which the candidate desires to file, and such candidate’s name must not be placed on a primary ballot.”
Just consider this a political ALAMO. This, even if we lose, could turn into a rallying cry. Travis couldn’t be assured that his stand wouldn’t be dismissed and forgotten. This is shown by his words “yet I am determined to perish in the defense of this place, and my bones shall reproach my country for her neglect”. These are the men that we are so indebted to, and many can’t even demand that a presidential candidate show that he is eligible for the office

He is wasting the courts time and money - especially the Supreme Court.
It is quite possible that he was born in Hawaii but the information shows that the tale he has weaved is a fabrication.
He can’t get away with stating that he didn’t know he wasn’t born in Hawaii as he stated in the book that he has seen his birth certificate.

Obama was to respond to Justice Souter on or before today, December 1st in relation to Berg’s case. Have not heard anything about the response or any actions taken. Anyone hear anything??
Andy Martin’s case in Hawaii to get Obama’s birth certificate unsealed was denied. Don’t know if Martin is on appeal or not.
Friday will be the day to watch for a decision from the Full Supreme Court. It only takes a “Yes” from four of the nine Justices for Leo Donofrio’s case to move forward to a full hearing.
He’s probably waiting until after the swearing in ceremony? He’ll then wait until after the mass flood of Freeper vanity posts. Even if the certificate is show how many will simply declare it fake and continue to whinge and moan about it?

South Carolina accepted Andrew Jackson’s explanation.
“The ?Hawaii Dept of Health won’t confirm Obama’s assertion that you were born in Hawaii (the director of Hawaii’s Department of Health on Oct. 31 personally verified that the health department holds Obama’s original birth certificate.)”
My solution is quite simple, the director of Hawaii’s Department of Health can supply my native state (SC) a sworn statement (not some jive) that Obama’s age and place of birth make eligible for president or they can send a certified copy of his birth records. Dang you would this these people could pour swamp water out of a wader.

You poor thing. Don’t you know that you don’t have to click on certain threads? This “stuff”, as you call it, is a very serious and important situation. If you don’t see it that way, then close your eyes and put a pillow over your head. The rest of us will stand up for America and our military by continuing to fight for what is right. :)
