Let’s not forget our greatest weapon. Pray for Leo and all these cases. Pray God will allow the will of the people to prevail. Pray our Nation turns from it’s current course. God is on our side and the war we wage is in the heavens as well as on earth. It is GOOD vs EVIL. Eventually, we WILL win this fight and possibly avert a dire crisis. God gave me a message in the book of Jeremiah last night. Basically, I feel like if we as a nation, turn from the ways of the wicked, and seek God’s face as we once did, he will restore us. Over and over in the Old Testament, this happened to Israel... over and over God restored his people.

IMO, if Obama was born in Hawaii, he is natural born period. Case closed. If he was born outside the country, then there are some real questions since his father was not an amcit. It would also be very relevant if it were found that Obama's mother was not married to the father. In fact, it would be better for Obama if they weren't.
It is relevant if you adhere to the concept of jus solis or birthright citizenship, which is incorporated into our laws and adjudicated on a daily basis. Over 400,000 children are born to illegal aliens every year. These children are entitled to full US citizenship and the benefits and responsibilities that entails. They are not naturalized but native born.
Given the fact that Obama has been elected by 67 million people to be President, SCOTUS will be be very circumspect about ruling should it elect to get involved. IMO, it would have to be clearly demonstrated that Obama was born overseas to an alien father married to his mother at the time.
What is strange is Leo appears to have some faith but is not very religious from what I have heard. This is only my impression from the radio interviews. Note this is just my impression.
He said he had been upset because the SCOTUS clerk had given him the run around. He said he had an almost calm or peaceful feeling just before he checked the docket and saw the case finally docketed at SCOTUS. He said it was a very strange sensation.
He said he was reading Federalist papers research last night and Justice Scalia was giving a speech on CSpan at a dinner for the Federalist Society after Leo’s case was filed. Justice Scalia was talking about Federalist issues and thing relevant to Leo’s case. Leo said it was very strange. Are these influenced by some divine control or influence??
Remember who the Framers of the Constitution said the citizens powers and rights were derived from???? God.
Do miracles happen? I know someone who was sick in the hospital, she had people from a church he did not even attend come in to pray for her because a relative went the church. This was a few days before Christmas.
Her life threatening clot disappeared within hours. The doctors could not explain it and this patient was a very intelligent person. It defied logic.
The Framers made sure to have a third leg in Judicial to check the others power. Each branch was designed to check each other’s power. So not we have the Executive (to be) and Legislative defrauding the electorate and the only firewall to stop them is the Judicial or SCOTUS. They should NOT punt or run awy from this case. This is WHY SCOTUS is THERE! This is WHY the Framers had three branches of govt.

I loved what you stated above Frantzie. The Supreme Court of the United States is separate from the rest of the government to make sure it follows the law too!!
I believe the SCOTUS led by Chief Justice Roberts will take responsibility here because it is their place. It is their job!
What I find odd is the fact that Obama could clear this up in a NY minute by just producing the COLB and put an end to this legal battle and speculation. It certainly raises some very real questions as to what he might be hiding.
I do not think it is as clear cut. Another question that could come up is his father may have already been married to another woman in Kenya.
I still blieve that the Justices need to be very cautios about the Framers concerns about foreign agents and their children. It was a major concern. This is especially true with Obama when he may have held multiple citizenships and where he has sealed all of his records. He won his Senate seat by unsealing the divorce records of Senator Ryan (?) in IL. This is after Ryan and his ex-wife legally objected to unsealing the case.

You continue to make the argument that a US Citizen (anchor babies) and a Natural Born Citizen are equal as it relates to the Constitution of the United States, Article II, Section 1, Clause 5. I do not. I see a clear differentiation. On that we will have to simply disagree.
That said; please explain to me if your argument is true, why is it that BHO continues to obfuscate, and hide his actual Certificate of Birth, issues by the State of Hawaii? If you are correct, this would all go away, if he was actually born in Hawaii.
And yet, his legal defense cost approaches $1M.

You are right. It isn't law -- but it is a unanimous sense of the Senate, a determination, a decision on its part that in its learned judgment, based upon the analysis of the facts at hand, whereas John McCain had parents who were both American citizens, he could be considered a "natural born citizen" and thus qualified to serve as POTUS.
So then just how in the light of this Resolution 511 could these enlightened Senators in good conscience even contemplate the acceptance of any electoral votes for Obama who they all know has only one American citizen parent and is thus by their own resolute determination not a "natural born citizen" and thus not qualified to sit in the Oval Office.
A Resolution is still a Resolution.

I hope they do their duty. We have the three branches of govt set up by the Framers and yes the Framers referred to God often. Judicial, Legislative and Executive. Each was designed to protect the electorate/citizens from abuse from the others.
The Framers, in my mind, were saying - hey we spent a lot of time on this, a lot of people died making this, we are going to almost create gridlock so you don’t screw it up.
I think the Executive (to be) in the Obama and McCain campaigns along with the DNC and GOP crossed the line by not checking to INSURE the candidates were eligible. (yeah I get the McCain debate).
The Executive (to be) Branch has had the Legislative branch join in this “scam.” The Sec of State of the states NOT checking, Pelosi getting inolved and the Senate’s (BS) 151 Resolution.
Leo has said that he is not trying to overturn the elkection - he is arguing we never had a legitimate election.
The question, to me, is will the SCOTUS let the Executive (to be ) Branch and the Legislative Branch cram this fraud down the electorate/citizen’s throats?
The Framers put SCOTUS there to INSURE the other branches did NOT do this to us and also to protect the Constitution. If SCOTUS punts then they serve no purpose. I sincerely think that Scalia and Thomas definitely “get it” as does Robert & Alito and probably the rest. They are very smart people. They have to know the gravity of this.
My hope is if Leo gets to argue the case that he points out that the citizenry is asking for relief (and protection) against the actions by the Executive Branch (to be) and the Legislative Branch to harm the electorate with this fraud of not checking eleigibility, pushing bogus resolutions and other actions.
Uncle Chip, I understand your point and I agree. My point was as it relates to SCOTUS and their potential decision based on supposed interpretation of the law, that I’m not sure if it has any bearing.
Are you suggesting that it will impact the Donofrio case in any way, given McCain is named as well?
It has bearing on the Senate's interpretation of those words "natural born" to which SCOTUS may very well defer. The battle may be fought in both places and in the Senate its own Resolution is ammunition against it.

I respectfully request that you consider reviewing Docket No. 08A407 Leo C. Donofrio, Applicant v. Nina Mitchell Wells, New Jersey Secretary of State.
Our Constitution in Article II Section 1 Paragraph 5 states “No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President”.
Mr. Donofrio represents a considerable number of citizens noting the conspicuous failure of the presidential-designate to produce sufficient proof of compliance with the above constitutional requirement.
The work of Mr. Ron Polarik has shown all Certificates of Live Birth to date to have been forgeries.
Thank you for your consideration of this extremely critical matter.

Stop the Obama Constitutional Crisis
When you were first elected and as tradition requires you have sworn the oath: “I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me G-d.”
Article II, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution reads: “No Person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States at the time of the adoption of this constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty five years, and been fourteen years a resident within the United States.”
There are numerous questions as to Obama’s citizen status raising suspicion and doubt about Obama constitutional qualification to be president. To settle these questions Mr. Obama must produce proof of citizenship!
Documents that must be produced include;
(a) a certified copy of “vault” (original long version) birth certificate;
(b) certified copies of all reissued and sealed birth certificates in the names Barack Hussein Obama, Barry Soetoro, Barry Obama, Barack Dunham and Barry Dunham;
(c) a certified copy Certification of Citizenship;
(d) a certified copy Oath of Allegiance taken upon age of maturity;
(e) certified copies of admission forms for Occidental College, Columbia University and Harvard Law School; and
(f) certified copies of any court orders or legal documents changing his name from Barry Soetoro.
It is reasonable that these documents should be produced considering that his father is Kenyan, his adoptive father is Indonesian, and his grandmother claims to have been present at his birth in Kenya. If he is a natural born citizen then producing these documents should not be any problem.
These allegations will not go away until Mr. Obama produces proof to federal authorities and the public. If he will not do so voluntarily he must be compelled by every means available. You, as an employee of The People, have sworn an oath to support and defend the Constitution.
We The People are demanding you to make every effort, both public and private, to resolve this fundamental Constitutional question before 20 January.
