FReeper and Maryland Independent Party Chairman Steve Schulin reports on the completion of his mission to legally serve Obama and Biden on behalf of the Keyes California lawsuit which seeks to force the release of Obama's birth certificate:
"It was another beautiful day in Washington, and service attempt #3 was successfully completed. The papers have been served at the offices of Barack Obama and Joe Biden.
One of the fellows at Sen. Biden's office who had seen me Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday was the one I chose to touch with the papers and say "You are served."
At one point in the followup conversation, he said "I hope they're paying you a lot of money." I smiled and told him "I'm a volunteer. This is a labor of love.""

Lucy, I have found some government documents online that say that a person who admitted to prior illegal drug use would have trouble getting a low level security clearance.
Where would I post this? I have read other posts saying that Barack wouldn’t qualify for a security clearance, and I know just being President is clearance enough. But I wanted some definitive proof that the only way this man would qualify to gain security clearance is through election and I found it. Who would I send it to? A reporter or something?

Constitutional Process bump
They have a choice to make. Not even the positions at the ministry of beatification of DUH1 will save the MSM from sliding viewer/readership, declining ad revenue, and general loss of credibility.
The talking heads crave relevance. Without it they are nobodys. That is anathema to them. Celebrity means life and prosperity, the alternative is an obscure existence hacking out bargain-table memoirs until death.
They can choose.
Whomever has the guts to break the story risks exile from that community, but the potential payoff is that they can retire as revered saviours of the republic, instead of fading into obscurity even less relevant than Dan Rather.

Our Constitution in Article II Section 1 Paragraph 5 states “No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President”.
Mr. Donofrio represents a considerable number of citizens noting the conspicuous failure of the presidential-designate to produce sufficient proof of compliance with the above constitutional requirement.
The work of Mr. Ron Polarik has shown all Certificates of Live Birth to date to have been forgeries.

Stop the Obama Constitutional Crisis
When you were first elected and as tradition requires you have sworn the oath: “I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me G-d.”

Article II, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution reads: “No Person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States at the time of the adoption of this constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty five years, and been fourteen years a resident within the United States.”
There are numerous questions as to Obama’s citizen status raising suspicion and doubt about Obama constitutional qualification to be president. To settle these questions Mr. Obama must produce proof of citizenship!
Documents that must be produced include;
(a) a certified copy of “vault” (original long version) birth certificate;
(b) certified copies of all reissued and sealed birth certificates in the names Barack Hussein Obama, Barry Soetoro, Barry Obama, Barack Dunham and Barry Dunham;
(c) a certified copy Certification of Citizenship;
(d) a certified copy Oath of Allegiance taken upon age of maturity;
(e) certified copies of admission forms for Occidental College, Columbia University and Harvard Law School; and
(f) certified copies of any court orders or legal documents changing his name from Barry Soetoro.
It is reasonable that these documents should be produced considering that his father is Kenyan, his adoptive father is Indonesian, and his grandmother claims to have been present at his birth in Kenya. If he is a natural born citizen then producing these documents should not be any problem.
These allegations will not go away until Mr. Obama produces proof to federal authorities and the public. If he will not do so voluntarily he must be compelled by every means available. You, as an employee of The People, have sworn an oath to support and defend the Constitution.
We The People are demanding you to make every effort, both public and private, to resolve this fundamental Constitutional question before 20 January.

“BHO II is only a symptom, if it wasn’t him it would be Gov. Richardson or somebody else. People in the law and in Congress wanted to see The Equal Opportunity to Govern Amendment, otherwise known as The Hatch Amendment of 2003, passed, it reads:
“Section 1. A person who is a citizen of the United States, who has been for 20 years a citizen of the United States, and who is otherwise eligible to the Office of President, is not ineligible to that Office by reason of not being a native born citizen of the United States.
Section 2. This article shall not take effect unless it has been ratified as an amendment to the Constitution by the legislatures of three-fourths of the several States not later than 7 years from the date of its submission to the States by the Congress.”
and would replace Article II’s natural-born citizen clause. Under this Amendment Schwarzenegger, Granholm, Martinez, etc, etc would be Eligible. I’d probably back it, were it to be passed clean and Bill Clinton favors it heavily, but I’d still have doubts about dual citizenship. What I object to is that the Constitution is being perverted and the law defied to produce the same effect.
Whether you use Article II with Jay’s letter, Blackstone, Swayne, etc and the Law of 1790 to show intention, which is what I believe you should do, or add the XIVth Amendment with the Act of 1866 as Madison does, you get the same result, BHO II is not a natural-born citizen. Neither is Governor Richardson, neither was Governor George Romney and it is possible that Senator McCain isn’t either. I suspect that if he were to be found Ineligible Congress would push for, and get, the Hatch Amendment passed and he would stand again in 2012. At that time I strongly suspect he would lose.
Having said all of this, and granting that Roberts, Alito, Scalia, Thomas and Kennedy are all either Federalists, or inclined towards the Federalist position, it is my belief that Donofrio’s case will probably not be heard because the whole issue is, as one of my legal friends in England called it “a poisoned chalice”.
The Justices can follow the Law and risk calumny and civil disorder, or ignore the plain Common Law reading of the Constitution and risk usurpation and civil disorder.”

IMHO, this effort is tactically mistaken, since it fails to address the U.K. citizenship passed on from Obama’s father as a disqualifier per the “natural born citizen” requirement.
Also, the Indonesian citizenship.

"When Barack Obama Jr. was born on Aug. 4,1961, in Honolulu, Kenya was a British colony, still part of the United Kingdom's dwindling empire. As a Kenyan native, Barack Obama Sr. was a British subject whose citizenship status was governed by The British Nationality Act of 1948. That same act governed the status of Obama Sr.'s children:
British Nationality Act of 1948 (Part II, Section 5): Subject to the provisions of this section, a person born after the commencement of this Act shall be a citizen of the United Kingdom and Colonies by descent if his father is a citizen of the United Kingdom and Colonies at the time of the birth.In other words, at the time of his birth, Barack Obama Jr. was both a U.S. citizen (by virtue of being born in Hawaii) and a citizen of the United Kingdom and Colonies (or the UKC) by virtue of being born to a father who was a citizen of the UKC.'
The article goes on to state that Obama's British citizenship was transferred to Kenya as Kenya became independent from the UK and that Obama's Kenyan citizenship expired when he turned 21 years old. But none of that is relevant since the Constitution requires that every President be a "natural born citizen". The word "born" is proof positive that the status must be present "at birth". If this were not the case, then, the Framers would not have needed to put in a grandfather clause.
The Framers recognized that even they were not "natural born citizens" and so they wrote the grandfather clause in to allow any of them to become President. But the grandfather clause only pertains to those who were Citizens at the time of the Constitution's adoption. And so, Barack Obama is not a "natural born citizen" of the United States and neither is John McCain who was born in Panama, and neither is Roger Calero who was born in Nicaragua.
The United States Supreme Court, the 14th Amendment does not confer "natural born citizen" status anywhere in its text. It simply states that a person born in the United States is a "Citizen", and only if he is "subject to the jurisdiction" of the United States.
Article 2, Section 1, Clause 5 of the Constitution of the United States:
"No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States."
The most overlooked words in that section are: "...or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution..." You must recall that most, if not all, of the framers of the Constitution were, at birth, born as British subjects.
Stop and think about that.
The chosen wording of the Framers here makes it clear that they had drawn a distinction between themselves - persons born subject to British jurisdiction - and "natural born citizens" who would not be born subject to British jurisdiction or any other jurisdiction other than the United States. And so the Framers grandfathered themselves into the Constitution as being eligible to be President. But the grandfather clause only pertains to any person who was a Citizen... at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution. Obama was definitely not a Citizen at the time of the adoption of the Constitution and so he is not grandfathered in.
