FReeper Steve Schulin to Barack Obama and Joe Biden: "YOU ARE SERVED!"
America's Independent Party ^ | 11-26-2008 | AIP staff

Posted on 11/26/2008 1:28:27 PM PST by EternalVigilance

FReeper and Maryland Independent Party Chairman Steve Schulin reports on the completion of his mission to legally serve Obama and Biden on behalf of the Keyes California lawsuit which seeks to force the release of Obama's birth certificate:

"It was another beautiful day in Washington, and service attempt #3 was successfully completed. The papers have been served at the offices of Barack Obama and Joe Biden.

One of the fellows at Sen. Biden's office who had seen me Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday was the one I chose to touch with the papers and say "You are served."

At one point in the followup conversation, he said "I hope they're paying you a lot of money." I smiled and told him "I'm a volunteer. This is a labor of love.""

He’s trying to say, if I may be so bold, that the SSS form is as much a pantload as every other part of the bill of goods Hussein Gantry’s been peddling.

Thanks, Tomkat. That was easily digested, with far less keystrokes involved.

Actually, no. It's not that I haven't been seeing a lot of references to this second Obama forgery scandal in recent days. I have, but I've yet to start reading up on it.

Thanks for the link. I'll go have a look.

Ok, went and had a look. I don't know which is the bigger forgery case - the BC, or the SS registration doc.

Looks like Debbie Schlussel did a yeoman's job of exposing this, but I'd like to see another doc examiner analyze it at this point for a second opinion.

Now we need a third forged gov't document controversy to start up. Get 'em all rolling at the same time, with each building steam toward a massive explosion in the press.

Dear, I think it’s past your bedtime. Grab your teddy a copy of the constitution and remember to turn out the light when you are finished reading. Let the grownups handle this.

Suppose you overturn the election based on a technicality.

A technicality?

I've read a lot of absurd posts on FreeRepublic.com over the years, but you, sir, have made all those others seem reasoned by comparison.

I'm not even going to try to explain why your "technicality" comment is ridiculous. I am convinced you are incapable of understanding.

Wow, it’s always a pleasure to meet people who are even angrier than me at what libs want to do to the country.

I went through the despondent and depressed phase from Nov. 5 to about Nov 12. I was inconsolable. I’ve since moved on to the get over it and make the best of it phase.

You’ve all thrown the red challenge flag and wanted my post reviewed. The posts are being reviewed by the replay booth.

After reading the last 26 posts tagged “birthcertificate” and any other research online, there has been a reversal.

You are correct.

My guess is that Obama was born in Kenya and because his mother didn’t meet the residency requirements of 5 years after the age of 19 since she was only 18 when she gave birth, and his father was not a citizen, he doesn’t meet the requirements of Natural Born.

More power to you if you can pull it off and expose it.

Hi Eric!

“More power to you if you can pull it off and expose it.”

We must do our best to preserve our constitution... a constitution that better men than us have given their lives defending.

‘… and I see a whole army of my countrymen here in defiance of tyranny. You have come to fight as free men, and free men you are. What will you do with that freedom? Will you fight?’ (braveheart)

Check out the stuff at the top of this page:

The Obama File -- Latest News

The birth certificate, and where Obama was born is irrelevant. The problem for Obama is that his father was a foreigner (Kenyan Citizen) and Obama will never be considered natural born (or native born) of this country.

"...Just stop it. We sound like a bunch of crybabies. We lost...."

B.S.

If you think ruling by mob and disregarding the rule of law is the way to go, then just come out and say it.

Nothing personal, but we either ARE a nation of laws or we are NOT. If the Constitution has a requirement for running for office that the majority of people disagree with, then there is a mechanism in place to make an amendment to that document.

THIS is the proverbial camel's nose in the tent. Do you, for a single second think that if this is unchallenged, at some point in our future a charismatic person from some other country is going to fly over here, buy a house, get his citizenship and successfully run for the office of the Presidency. The constitutional requirement will mean nothing, since it has ALREADY been disregarded.

Our founders PUT that requirement into the Constitution for SPECIFIC reasons, as was everything else in it. There is no waste, it was well thought out.

If you think we should simply accept this because a majority voted for Obama, you have no business calling yourself a conservative, assuming you do.

I wouldn’t put much stock in that. Before I went into the military, I didn’t have much in the way of a signature, since I didn’t use it for much.

On the day I showed up in Great Lakes, I didn’t really have a signature yet.

Five days later, I had one, and it is pretty much the same one I have today. I only had to use it repetitively about a thousand times until it became consistent...:)
