FReeper Steve Schulin to Barack Obama and Joe Biden: "YOU ARE SERVED!"

FReeper and Maryland Independent Party Chairman Steve Schulin reports on the completion of his mission to legally serve Obama and Biden on behalf of the Keyes California lawsuit which seeks to force the release of Obama's birth certificate:

"It was another beautiful day in Washington, and service attempt #3 was successfully completed. The papers have been served at the offices of Barack Obama and Joe Biden.

One of the fellows at Sen. Biden's office who had seen me Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday was the one I chose to touch with the papers and say "You are served."

At one point in the followup conversation, he said "I hope they're paying you a lot of money." I smiled and told him "I'm a volunteer. This is a labor of love.""

I’m only going to comment on the signature images you posted.

The Selective Service signature would have to have been from a much earlier date than the one inscribed on the Statement of Candidacy form, given the timeline of events, correct?

Here’s my observation:

Men’s signatures tend to become more scribbled and stylized over the course of their lives. I know that mine certainly has. Most men develop a “signature” inscription over time which can sometimes be illegible, and wholly personal. I see this with most men whose signatures I’ve had the chance to observe.

Now, the more “stylized” version seems to be on what would by all rights be the earlier document on the chain. Did Obama not purportedly produce the signature on his Selective Service registration card long before he was ever a candidate for public office?

Clearly, the more legible signature is on the Statement of Candidacy form, which seems to indicate to me that it came before the Selective Service form signature.

Naturally, this is baffling in light of my preceding observations. I don’t have an explanation for it, or even a hypothesis, but I did want to add these observations into the mix.

My other observation, is that both signatures appear to be from the same hand, although they appear quite different in appearance. My own signature has evolved over my lifetime, but in comparing it to those I made in high school, it’s apparent that they were made by the same hand.

Secondly, I'd just like to comment on the following:

However, after the service was completed, ...the same fellow came up from behind me and slid the papers onto my legal pad holder. ... So I simply said to him, “You have been lawfully served. What you do with the legal papers after being served doesn’t change that.”

What galls me about that incident, is that the Obot who did that, thought that he could somehow undo the lawful service of those legal papers upon his master.

In my view, that is collusion from the top, clear to the bottom of the food chain in the Obamasphere.

FReepers should make a citizen’s arrest if they aren’t convinced that Obama is eligible to be sworn in as President.

Your idea has merit. It may well come to that, if Barry bulldozes his way into office without ever being compelled to provide proof of his eligibility.

I don't think you understand the ramifications of someone who is not a natural born citizen... someone who may have divided loyalties or allegiance to another country etc.... becoming the most powerful man in the world: the President of the united states.

I don't care if he/she is more conservative than Rush Limbaugh, if he/she is NOT a 'natural born citizen' -- as enumerated in our guiding document, the Constitution Of the United States -- he is disqualified from being OUR President.

The 'natural born citizen' prevision -- along with age requirements -- was wisely placed in our constitution for good reason.

We are either a country of laws or we are not.

If Mr. Obama -- even on his way to the Presidency -- is able to circumvent the law of the land: where does that leave us?

This is how tyrants come to power.

This is how tyrants in the past HAVE come to power.

This is how a tyrant in the future may come to power.

If Mr. Obama turns out to be a natural born citizen, I will not feel foolish in the least.

Being protective of our constitution is a duty -- not a sin.

Indeed, lacking vigilance in our duty can cost us our priceless liberty.

I would rather ere on the side of caution, then risk losing what so many have given their lives to secure.

It seems to me that Obama is being blackmailed by the Clintons. The Messiah of Change seems to have a lot of old Clinton luggage with him.

My guess is that Hildabeast has some really good DIRT on Obama. I am thinking that the Hildabeast has definitive proof that Obama was born in Kenya and she also has his transcripts from Columbia and Harvard. Whatever she has in her lockbox, it must be good because he sure looks the the 2nd coming of the Clintons.

This might answer the question why Hillary always has that grin on her face when she whispers into Obama’s ear.

This is a concomitant problem with electing a President who MAY not be on the up and up... susceptibility to blackmail!

My signature has changed as well, although, in my case, it was purposeful. I had an ex-wife who could flawlessly copy my original signature and did so frequently on bank checks. So I had the very same thought.

However, the Selective Service Registration form shown was undoubtedly created in 2008.

IMHO, the lack of a proper BC is something the-powers-that-be can used as a form of blackmail. The non-changemeisters know Biden is waiting in the wings, with Hillary right beside him. Neither could make it on their own merits. If Obama doesn't play ball, watch the brouhaha begin. In the final analysis, there will be no change.
