Probably be released in this country since it’s doubtful their native country won’t take them back.

Just positioning and vying for a place on the Obama Supreme Court, this will earn some brownie points from 0 and his hacks.

Strategy : Appeal and dump it in Obama’s lap. Let him let the terrorists go. Political gold!

Have U.S. Marshals dump the terrorists at the judge’s home...make sure to hang an Israeli flag on the front porch and put the Mohammed cartoons on the front door too...if someone is going to be harmed by these terrorists, let it be the judge who ordered their release.

In 1987, he was the Deputy Chief Minority Counsel for the U.S. House Select “Iran-Contra” Committee. From 1992-1993, he was the Chief Minority Counsel to the U.S. House Foreign Affairs Committee’s “October Surprise” Task Force. In 1994, Judge Leon was Special Counsel to the U.S. House Banking Committee for its “Whitewater” investigation.

I think the Supreme Court was wrong to rule as it did when it comes to the enemy combatants that were captured overseas. However, I also see no reason why these guys couldn’t have been tried by some sort of military panel shortly after they were picked up.

Too bad the judges who release these guy don’t have to keep them in their homes for 6 weeks to verify that they are no danger to America.

I say give ‘em all huge chunks of C4 w/ detonators and release them into Berkely, California. Since they aren’t terrorists, everything should be hunky dory, right?

They SHOULD NOT have been held “infinitely” as enemy combatants! The Bush administration should have been allowed to TRY them YEARS AGO!

What do they mean, “held without charges?” Sounds like propaganda to make terrorists look sympathetic.
