During the last few minutes of the broadcast, someone on the show says he has a friend in Hawaii who works as a title researcher who has seen the vault copy bc. He said the bc indicates obama was born in Kenya.
He is asked by the lawyer (Gary Kreep) if the friend would be a witness.
He says he would ask him.
Gary Kreep (Key’s lawyer) said we can help by
donations, spreading the word about the bc suit, and by emailing Debra Bowen, Sec. of State in Sacramento.
He asked that we not mention the suit or the attorneys or Keys. Ask her to uphold the constitution, do her job and be sure Obama is a citizen of the U.S.

ALso does anyone know if there is any way these cases can be combined into some kind of “Class Action” case?
The case that was filed in North Carolina Superior Court on Nov. 7 by Donald Sullivan was filed as a class action case. After that case was denied in the lower court no one has really heard about it. It appears to be still active but maybe someone can shed some light on it.

Yes, I believe McCain meets the requirements as natural born citizen.
Although, I've heard some say McCain was born in a hospital outside US jurisdiction. I don't know the veracity of the claim. If the hospital in Panama was a US hospital then it still falls under US purview making their claim mute.
In the strictest sense, no one born on foreign soil can be natural born U.S. citizen. Nothing to worry about with this SCOTUS court that they would take that viewpoint.
McCain’s eligibility was questionable. See post #38.
The non-binding resolution passed by Congress does not create law.
It’s up to them to decide what they want to do. The Berg case is not looking good now. Yesterday the Fed Election Commission waived their right to respond to his case since they were a defendant. His mistake was going through the federal courts and not the state courts in PA.
Where are you getting the information on the Sullivan case and which state is it in?
Don’t forget about the new Brockhausen case in Texas.
The more cases the better odds that one will get 4 votes to make it to a full hearing.
