Boy, I wish people would read the full article instead of simply commenting on the headline, which, as usual is misleading. Gingrich hasn't said anything particularly controversial. Palin is a very promising addition to the GOP field and clearly a star, but there are several others. Palin will not become a leader in the party unless she can turn her grass-roots support into a network of alliances and commitments. After we see who she cmapaigns for, and who she raises money for in 2010, we'll have a clearer picture.

[And whatever you may think of Gingrich, he is NOT a RINO. Duh.]

He's certainly NO conservative. He's leaned decidedly toward the center and become a pragmatic Party-over-Principle globalist.
