The California secretary of state should refuse to allow the state's 55 Electoral College votes to be cast in the 2008 presidential election until President-elect Barack Obama verifies his eligibility to hold the office, alleges a California court petition filed on behalf of former presidential candidate Alan Keyes and others.
The legal action today is just the latest is a series of challenges, some of which have gone as high as the U.S. Supreme Court, over the issue of Obama's status as a "natural-born citizen," a requirement set by the U.S. Constitution.
WND senior reporter Jerome Corsi even traveled to Kenya and Hawaii prior to the election to investigate issues surrounding Obama's birth. But his research and discoveries only raised more questions.
The biggest question is why Obama, if a Hawaii birth certificate exists, simply hasn't ordered it made available to settle the rumors.

Could be. He apparently has little respect for the basic foundations and tenets of this great nation. I believe the Constitution is just fine. It's the PEOPLE who fail to defend it and uphold it who are flawed.

Thank you pissant. Months ago I thought this was all “tin foil hat” type stuff.....but, as months went by and the lengths bho has went to keep this under wraps, well, it makes you wonder. Who is bho and where is he from?
It is my belief that Bambi’s handlers know full well that he is NOT native born.
This is the biggest question of all—who are his handlers? who is the real puppet master pulling his strings? Somebody, somewhere has opened every gate to get this man into the white house.

I thought this was tinfoil hat stuff, too, but the thing that makes me believe there’s something to it is the fact that he won’t release his birth certificate or, for that matter, any other documents about himself. If there’s nothing to hide, why not just release it?
If there is something irregular about it, of course, I’m sure he’s probably working hard day and night to find some way to falsify it, so I’m not sure this would do much good anyway. The fact that the governor is preventing access to it by anybody but him is actually probably a good thing, since it prevents a Sandy Burger attack. But I wonder if we’ll ever get to know the truth anyway.

The only thing we don't know is how long until those making a stink over it start having "Vince Foster and Ronald Brown" type incidents....

Controversy surrounds the documentation for his school enrollment in Indonesia, which states he was Indonesian and a Muslim, indicating that Lolo Soetoro may have adopted him, thus nullifying either his U.S. citizenship or his Kenyan citizenship, or both.
Also, he traveled to Pakistan as a youth, but no one has been able to find any U.S. passport records, so the speculation is that he used an Indonesian passport.
Thirdly, there is a discrepancy in birth dates (8/4 or 8/8), there are two versions of what hospital he was born in given by himself AND his sister, and there were statements by an aunt who claims he was born in Kenya. The so-called birth certificate presented by his campaign is not the full original copy with a fingerprint of the mother and footprint of the child, but rather a copy of a registration of his birth. It is thought that his mother traveled to Hawaii on 8/8/61 from Kenya on or about 8/8/61, four days after his birth, to register him; thus throwing his legal status into doubt.
The summary you posted repeatedly uses the words "parents" and "citizens" regarding parents; there was apparently no provision given to a single U.S. mother married or unmarried to a foreign father whose culture claims primacy in matters of citizenship, as do Muslim cultures. Both his alleged father and alleged step-father were Muslims.

What’s wrong with you? You’re saying you want to overthrow the US Constitution. You are on the wrong forum; possibly you’re residing in the wrong country.
Interesting. The story is gaining traction and is hitting more and more respectable outlets with more and more proof of forgeries. I’ll make some more popcorn.

This is the whole thing in a nut shell. Have the Dems committed a high crime. A simple thing to resolve...SO LETS SEE THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE!
