“I hope they prove he is ineligible!!
But that means President Biden.....ugh.”

Not necessarily, as the Electors might vote for the next highest vote getter which would be McCain.

“If he is proved to be ineligible, can you imagine the race riots....The thought of this alone is the reason that I think the SCOTUS is passing on all of the cases thus far.”

If the Constitution is not upheld it would be far worse than any riots, most of which would be carried out by less than 1% of the population who riot over most anything anyway in some major cities. I don't care about possible riots, the Constitution being upheld is the only thing on my mind.

If he does not meet the requirements he will not and should not be President. I believe most Americans who voted for him would be very angry with him for all his lies if that were the case.

If it turns out that Obama does meet the constitutional requirements then so be it, he will be sworn in on January 20th. At least we all will know the truth. The burden of truth belongs to Obama and no one else. Why won't he just release his records and put this all to rest??

I saw it posted here in another thread...but i cannot find it.

There is a section of the Constitution dealing with this. Someone posted it.

It says something about if the president elect is deemed ineligible before being sworn in the running mate is sworn in....
