The California secretary of state should refuse to allow the state's 55 Electoral College votes to be cast in the 2008 presidential election until President-elect Barack Obama verifies his eligibility to hold the office, alleges a California court petition filed on behalf of former presidential candidate Alan Keyes and others.
The legal action today is just the latest is a series of challenges, some of which have gone as high as the U.S. Supreme Court, over the issue of Obama's status as a "natural-born citizen," a requirement set by the U.S. Constitution.
WND senior reporter Jerome Corsi even traveled to Kenya and Hawaii prior to the election to investigate issues surrounding Obama's birth. But his research and discoveries only raised more questions.
The biggest question is why Obama, if a Hawaii birth certificate exists, simply hasn't ordered it made available to settle the rumors.

Personally I’d like to see BO’s FBI file.....Bet it goes WAAAAAAY back......Oh Hillary!?!?!?
The Constitution is the greatest instrument against arbitrary and tyrannical government ever devised. However it is just another empty shell if the people don’t understand and support it. Tyranny never sleeps.

Are you trying to tell us that Gov. Lingle has seen the facts on the long form birth document? ... you of course cannot know that fact, so you're purposely misleadiung readers if that's your direction.
Are you asserting that Gov. knows there is a more detailed document though she does nopt know what it shows? ... The actual reality, perhaps, but why be misleading if that's what you're trying to assert?
Words do have meanings and the words of the Director are not what you have claimed and no one is free to change them to support such a claim.

This story had cracked into the mainstream media on a grand total of ONE network affiliate...the NBC station in Augusta, GA. It was a very hot story there with lots of hits.
Guess what...its now GONE.

The word must have come down from on high.
Senate Resolution # 511 was considered and agreed to April 30, 2008 according to The Thomas search engine I reached regarding senate activities.

thank you, will find it at the library. He was a socialist, and I guess in his time he believed it couldn’t happen here; now look at us!

Same answer in Washington, delivered on the radio by the SoS himself, who is a Republican, no less. Unbelievable. I am starting to think elections are no longer a viable method of influencing things in many parts of America, sadly.
My theory of knowledge is look for what is being actively suppressed. What is the Cone of Silence placed over? Where is the Black Hole in the fabric of reality?
I assume almost any positive statement is just a lie.

I read the docs. Pretty straight forward. What did you think? As another poster commented whom I happen to agree with ; (that) Keyes set himself up quite well in the Ca. election for this legal action. Planned? Hmmm... maybe. Airtight, seems to be way too confident a description, yet Keyes covers the bases nicely.
Someone at AIPNEWS saved the (slanted) NBC article before they pulled it. Doesn’t look like they got the comments, though:

SACRAMENTO, Calif.- A former opponent of Barack Obama’s has come back to haunt him over questions regarding Obama’s citizenship.
According to a press release from the little known American Independent Party, former presidential candidate Alan Keyes and other members of his the party have filed suit in California Superior Court in Sacramento to stop the state from giving its electoral votes to President-elect Barack Obama until documentary evidence is provided to prove Obama is indeed a natural born citizen of the United States.
Some conservatives have questioned Obama’s citizenship in recent months. Obama says he was born in Hawaii in 1961.
Keyes also ran against Obama as a Republican for the U.S. Senate seat in Illinois in 2004. Obama won that election to serve his first and only term in the U.S. Senate.
