Constitutional crisis looming over Obama's birth location
World Net Daily ^ | 11/14/08 | Bob Unruh

The California secretary of state should refuse to allow the state's 55 Electoral College votes to be cast in the 2008 presidential election until President-elect Barack Obama verifies his eligibility to hold the office, alleges a California court petition filed on behalf of former presidential candidate Alan Keyes and others.

The legal action today is just the latest is a series of challenges, some of which have gone as high as the U.S. Supreme Court, over the issue of Obama's status as a "natural-born citizen," a requirement set by the U.S. Constitution.

WND senior reporter Jerome Corsi even traveled to Kenya and Hawaii prior to the election to investigate issues surrounding Obama's birth. But his research and discoveries only raised more questions.

The biggest question is why Obama, if a Hawaii birth certificate exists, simply hasn't ordered it made available to settle the rumors.

If the MSM wasn't so biased the headlines would read:

Obama refuses to prove citizenship.

But in this crazy world of ours the headlines say:

Obama calls lawsuits "garbage"

This country had gone into the toilet. I barely recognize it anymore.

Obama released a supposedly authentic birth certificate, but it was found to be a forgery - a fraud. It seems to me that act in itself would give substance to any legal action taken.

I’ve been paying attention too and checked out the link you posted. It didn’t take long for me to realize that “someone” wasn’t shootin’ straight. Matter of fact, the shots appeared to be far to the Left. :)

Just in case my reply to you gets lost in the long list of “pings” to you, I’ll post it again so you can respond.

After reading all of your posts, I asked you, “Do you feel that what he (Obama) released is sufficient? Do you believe that a good defense in not releasing his birth certificate is that some may view that as a forgery?”

I’m sure your answers will be quite enlightening. :)

All of those suggestions are speculation.

The speculation arises from the secrecy around the BC (not the COLB).

Clearly, there is something he is trying to hide. That's not me saying that, that's Obama's own lawyers in response to inquries]. (Here's some supporting material I spent twenty minutes digging for, , though not what I was looking for, wild speculation mostly.

FWIW like you, I accept President-elect Obama as President-elect, wish him well, pray for his well-being as God's chosen leader for this nation, and expect the probability of his swearing in at noon Jan. 20, 2009. That does not abrogate, however, legitimate constitutional questions that have not been satisfactorily addressed.

Ya know the sad part about all this is that if someone, anyone, had verified BHO's citizenship elegibility when he ran for the House, we prolly wouldn't be having this discussion now.....his bona fides would have just carried through or he would have been tossed back then.

BUT NOBODY CHECKED!!!

You said:
What does that have to do with his grandparents forging a birth announcement? What real reason do they have for doing that?
____________________________________________________

Maybe because they thought it was important for him to be “considered” a natural born citizen.
Some people, me included, are very proud and honored to be born in the US.

True story....my mother was born in California. She died this past summer in CA at my nieces house.

My niece was the one to give the information for the Death Certificate. She told them my mother was born in Mexico.
So that is the info on the death certificate.

My birth certificate says she was born in CA, so it shouldn’t really bother me.
BUT IT DOES. do you know why? because my and my family’s American birth is very important to me.

This also shows how easy it is to get non factual info onto a legal document. With no documents or proof to back it up, the coroner put a lie on a legal document. All based on the statements made by a 20 year old.

This wrong info can now only be changed by my niece. It doesn’t matter what I show them as proof they won’t change it until she tells them she made a mistake.
And if they do finally correct the form, it will be with an amended copy added to the original death certificate.

Hope that was understandable.

Long story short, lies and falsehoods get printed on documents and into newspapers everyday. Either by mistake or on purpose.

Why can’t you understand why many here find this fact finding mission very important?
Why are you so willing to stand by wait for the truth to come out?
You are not watching a baseball game here. This is important.
In the very least, step out of the way and let us work.

Of course not. But unless his grandparents were thinking in terms of his presidential eligibility in 1961, it makes no sense for them to lie about his place of birth in a newspaper announcement.

Did it really say that???

“Every President after Washington had their doubters.”

Only Obama is doubted as to his eligibility because of his birthplace.

“Some were doubted so much they were shot.”

Are you suggesting this particular solution to Obama’s possibile ineligibility if the Supreme Court is unwilling to remove him from office? Be careful what you post.

“Obama got 66,744,472 votes.”

Then that’s 66,744,472 eggs on as many faces.

Try looking up the word “ineligible” in a dictionary. You’ll find that it has nothing to do with numbers.

“I doubt that he cares about those who question his legitimacy.”

That depends on how well he believes the evidence to have been hidden or destroyed. I see him as composed of 70% ego and 30% intellect. He’s not so smart. The truth will eventually come out, whether he cares about those seeking it or not.

“That’s the most votes for any candidate for President ever.”

Then again, we’ve never had so many illegals voting in any presidential election, and given the longtime nefarious activities of institutionalized voter-fraud organizations such as ACORN, I’m sure many of those votes were fraudulent.

Also, no candidate has ever had the mainstream media of his day as much in the tank for him as husseinobama has had.

“Each lawsuit questioning his birth that gets dismissed or thrown out for lack of standing adds to his legitimacy. I think that’s his strategy in the first place...to make conservatives look petty and vindictive.”

Nah. He’s too stupid, oafish, and generally unsubtle for that. I think he’s cocksure about his position because he has very powerful handlers, both foreign and domestic, who he believes will “fix” everything for him. We’ll see.

As for the rest...

AP originally published a report with the headline “State officials say there’s no doubt Barack Obama was born in Hawaii”, and then proceeded to write: “Health Department Director Dr. Chiyome Fukino said Friday she and the registrar of vital statistics, Alvin Onaka, have personally verified that the health department holds Obama’s original birth certificate.”

Did Dr. Fukino actually say anything like “Yes, I saw the original birth certificate and it said that Barack Obama was born in Hawaii”? No. She said “I’ve seen the birth certificate. It really does exist.”

If you don’t understand the difference between these two statements then you either need psychological help or a remedial reading course.

We have no idea where he was born. We only know that there is a birth certificate in Hawaii. We have no idea what information is on it.

These same Hawaiian officials also claimed that the original birth certificate has never been released. If so, then how was factcheck.org able to get a copy of the COLB with raised seal and authentic signature?

And you believe factcheck.org just because its Web site said “our staff PERSONALLY handled the certificate”? Once you’ve drunk the Kool-Aid, that’s all the evidence you need.

Finally...yes, it is significant that factcheck.org is owned by Annenberg on whose board sat Obama and his pal Ayers.

I believe Andy Martin’s case will be heard on November 18th in Hawaii, and Phil Berg’s Writ of Certiorari must be responded to by December 1st. Things are moving along.

If the entire election was invalidated then Dick Cheney would be the Acting-President for the next four years.

There's something about this man...

ELECTION 2008

Voting 'no' on Hillary, Obama and McCain

Is this the year for 3rd party candidate?

Posted: March 24, 2008

Keyes, one of the leading names being supported by those who are "thinking outside the box," confirmed to WND that he is in the process of evaluating his connection to the Republican Party.

His campaign has focused on the traditional values of America, protecting marriage, life and the nation, and he said it isn't an issue of his leaving the GOP, but of the GOP moving away from its traditional moorings, where he remains.

"A lot of people are disenfranchised," he said. "The system has been hijacked. There no longer is a commitment to the U.S. Constitution. I think Americans deserve an alternative. Elections ought to be about choices."

Among the two major parties, and candidates Clinton, Obama and McCain, there isn't a "choice," Keyes contended, with two publicly committed to a liberal bent he cannot support and "McCain trying to leave his conservative roots."

"The system now has all kinds of obstacles that have been erected to destroy the choice of the people," he said, and instead support the maintenance of power of those who are already in those positions.

That, he told WND, is what communism does: limit the choices but then call it a free election. Allegiance to a party is what is being emphasized, when it should be allegiance to a freedom-loving country.

"It's crazy," he said. "I don't think there's been a time in my lifetime when the two parties are so out of touch with the grass roots."

On the border issue alone, he said, "the elites have seemed to have lost their mind as well as their allegiance to our physical integrity as a country."

He noted the contributions of Phillips to the new effort and the possibility of working through the Constitution Party for a true change in America, a "revival."

"There is a real desire, a belief that some alternative must be developed," he said. "We can no longer be enslaved by the existing party structure. On the contrary, if things aren't representing you, there needs to be something else."

"My experience [is] a period of serious reflection with what I can do," he said.

The Constitution Party has acknowledged the possibility of having Keyes, former Alabama Supreme Court Chief Justice Roy Moore, Chuck Baldwin or someone else on its ballot in 2008.

I haven't had a chance to go through all 1,000 + posts yet but I am sure by now someone has brought up the fact that Judge Souter has given obobzo a Dec 1 deadline to produce a valid BC,we shall see.

Meanwhile his draft registration form has come under revue and guess what, that's right lots of questions there as well.

Can anyone here say Manchurian!

Excuse me if I am wrong but IMHO from what I have read, over the past few months studying all this mirage, you are actually allowed to run for Potus if you are foreign born but,you can not hold the office. Don't ask for the links,or worse yet the logic, I lost them months ago.

But bottom line, would someone actually dare to run for President while not being qualified?

..yeah. It’s called “audacity.”

If the party is truly responsible notice how Dean quietly slips off the scene unnoticed.

T think the screamer is going back to operating on dem/rat toads. Politics has had enough of him for several lifetimes.

It's obvious that Herr Zero was never ever vetted and when he produced any kind of phony ID/docs at all everyone turned a blind eye and ...well... here we are, the adults are asking for a little truth.

“...there are serious people talking about how to carve Messiah’s head into Mt Rushmore.”

I wouldn’t worry too much. The ears alone would pose too great an engineering challenge. All kidding aside, the mere notion makes me want to throw up in my mouth. “Cult of personality” = cult = tyranny. For reference, Google Russia, 1922
